I cannot recommend the hotel.Entrance door opens very difficult.Breakfast okay.There is only LIMITED parking available in the hotel. We would have liked to have known that sooner.According to my assessment, the area is very run down and dirty, only the hotel shines in between.It's better to leave curtains closed. The view of the courtyard is simply unsightly.I wouldn't come back.

The staff is incompetent and not friendly. We arrived early, but we couldn't get our room even though it was ready. Then they wanted to charge us 15 euros because we got the room a little early (30 minutes).Then in the room, the toilet paper was almost empty and the soap was empty in the shower.We also took a parking space but the code didn't work and we stood outside for hours until another customer could help us.

The rooms are immaculate. Everything clean and well maintained, new. The location is central, but difficult to park. There was no charging facility for electric cars nearby and the parking garage was full. Breakfast was ok, but not spectacular for 12.90.

Rooms clean and nice, very new and digital everything. Unfortunately the location is a bit bad and you feel uncomfortable in the evening. There are no free parking spaces, they cost 8.-

Check-in on site was smooth, and parking here costs €8 per night. The parking lot is small, but feels very safe for the car. From there you can take the elevator directly to the respective floors, which gives a pleasant, almost homely feeling because you don't have to go through the reception again.There were a few points in the room that struck me negatively:- There was no shelf for shower gel and shampoo in the shower.- The TV does not offer screen sharing option, so content from the smartphone cannot be played.- From 9 a.m. onwards, faint drilling noises could be heard- Carpeted floor- From 10 p.m. it is no longer possible to drive your car back to the hotel's parking area if you have previously been out of town, as the gate can only be opened by a receptionist.I noticed the following positively:- Because the hotel is quite new, nothing seemed run down- The room was exceptionally clean, from the floors to the furniture to the bathroom.- The bed was very comfortable.- The room was completely odorless! For me, this is a crucial point because I react very sensitively to foreign smells.Overall, I can highly recommend the hotel and give it 4 out of 5 stars based on the details mentioned. If the television were to allow screen sharing in the future, my rating would increase to 4.4 stars.
