No recommendation, the rooms are very clean but old fashioned. One gets the impression that guests are perceived as a burden. A large hotel that doesn't live up to its potential, for whatever reason.The food was quite good, the service in the restaurant was friendly and competent.

The service is good and everyone is super friendly. The rooms were clean and functional, but a bit old. This needs to be renovated. The breakfast was ok.Dinner is solid home cooking, portions were decent, at prices that aren't too expensive.Overall, I found the room price a bit too high.

It always depends on your own requirements, unfortunately it is a bit old, but we still felt comfortable, the rooms are clean and the price is right. We're only in the hotel to sleep, dinner yesterday was ok too. As I said, it depends on you. But it wouldn't be fair to complain about everything in these difficult times. The staff is very friendly, the two tower rooms are great at the end of the evening... in short... you can go there. And for everyone who complains etc. then go to a hotel that satisfies you or is that too expensive?

On Saturday we went to the Christmas party at the Gasthof Markert in Nordheim. At first glance, the inn makes a clean and well-kept impression. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. It comes beautifully presented, but that's all. The red cabbage was missing from the roast pork neck, which was simply dismissed by the waitress as they would have just gotten salad from the buffet. The goose breast, which had no crust at all but was floating in the sauce with flaky skin, was totally over salted. The waitress, who asked everyone if the food was tasty, said she would tell the boss. However, no feedback was returned. When we paid at the counter, we asked her again about our complaints. She said that the boss also said that the sauce was too salty and that other guests had also complained about it, but there was no apology from the boss and no discount for the oversalted food or the missing side dishes. We were very disappointed and would definitely not recommend the inn! The aim here is probably to make a lot of money quickly, but the customer doesn't matter. Sad!
