All in all is a comfortable and good place to stay , but the shower drain was clogged , and the water won't go away , Very uncomfortable!!! Fix it ! (And rules about everything) 😅

We booked two holiday apartments for the Winter family for a weekend, 4 and 5 people respectively. The apartments are generously furnished with great attention to detail. Very clean, very tidy, everything in excellent condition. All bedrooms are also suitable for adults.It is noticeable that the equipment is also top notch and does NOT consist of crockery/glasses thrown together as is often the case. The fridge is well stocked with moderately priced drinks.Our next booking has already been made.We look forward to our next stay.

The apartment and the location are very good. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. Hence the two stars. Three stars deduction for the landlady. There was minor damage to a garden chair on Saturday evening, which we reported on Sunday when we handed over the apartment. Afterwards we felt as if we had dismantled the entire holiday apartment. From my point of view, absolutely cross-border. We handed over the apartment in a clean condition, with the coffee pot left to dry on the sink. This was then criticized very drastically. This is all the more amazing since we had the final cleaning included. Once and never again!

DANGER! Had a bad experience! Every contact with the landlady was absolutely unfriendly. When we arrived and didn't pay the expensive accommodation price in cash because we had already transferred it via Airbnb (the only tolerated payment option because it's safe for black money), the landlady simply threw us 4 young women out the door. She absolutely didn't let anyone talk to her and was super unfriendly from the start. “It's not her problem, she's only accepted cash since 1999.” Only when we contacted Airbnb and spoke to the landlady again did she let us into the apartment. Hospitality is very important here. If we had read the many hidden reviews about the constant unfriendliness, we certainly wouldn't have booked. A pity!!

We are often in Volkach and always enjoy staying with the Winter family. The apartments are super clean and very comfortable. The Winter family is very helpful and is very concerned about the well-being of their tenants, regardless of whether it is December 31st. Is or another day. Thank you very much to the Winter family for the relaxing days in your apartment, we would love to come back 👍

The apartment is overly decorated and the various room sprays were too much. The landlady parked us in such a way that we could only leave the premises with difficulty. It was not possible to have a conversation with her, she was very unfriendly and even slammed the door in our faces.Never again, I can't recommend it to anyone

We have been visiting Volkach for many years now. Since we “discovered” the Winter family holiday apartments, we have been returning there every year.The hosts are very helpful and warm people, almost always available and try to make everything possible. That's exactly why we feel so good.The rooms of the holiday apartment, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, are modern and comfortably furnished and have a balcony or terrace. TV, WiFi, music system...everything is great!The facilities are very good. The bathroom has a great, floor-level shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge-freezer and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils.We really didn't miss anything.

We were guests in the winter holiday home for a week and were very excited. Everything was well maintained, very clean and we didn't miss anything.
The communication with Ms. Winter was excellent, even during our stay in Volkach.
Our apartment had a garage and a common room for the bicycles , really great!
Our conclusion: We would love to come back to Volkach and would be happy if the Winter holiday home would be our host again.

We always enjoy coming to Volkach and always rent from Winter. Absolutely amazing service! The apartments are extremely well cleaned and everything is in very good condition. The landlady is very helpful and there is always a small welcome note in the apartments! Simply great!
