Excellent regional fare in a great ambience. After having received a mention in the Guide Michelin, it's difficult to get a table, so reserve one well in advance. The venison is probably the best you can get anywhere in Germany. The assorted dessert platter is truly remarkable. This restaurant is not exactly cheap, but the few extra euros are really worth both the taste and the experience. Very friendly service. There was a music band with locals while we were there, making for an unforgettable evening.

Booked: double room for one night with breakfast! However, check-in was only possible at 4:00 p.m. and checkout had to be done by 10:00 a.m. …

There are renovated and unrenovated rooms. Unrenovated ones like No. 1 are not recommended and the price is too expensive. In general, you should book the room without breakfast. Sunday breakfast was a disaster as not enough bread and eggs were delivered, no jam, no orange juice. Parking on the street. No breakfast room available.

Our room was super clean. Unfortunately, everything is in a 90s retro style. You have to like that. In any case, we found it too expensive for what was offered.

Pizza was good, unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the second drinks. It's incredibly loud in the restaurant, which has nothing to do with comfortable dining. It's hard to hold a conversation at your own table when it's full. So we skipped dessert and left earlier than we originally planned. It's a shame, because the restaurant itself is very nicely designed.
