Went there for the schnitzel buffet. taste schnitzel. Side dishes unloving, sauces okay. The salad takes a long time to grow, so we won't be eating there anymore. The guest room is spartan, large and extremely loud. Soundproofing would be a solution here. The counter area appears chaotic and untidy.

You drive up as a hungry tourist and see everything locked and a sign saying “Temporarily only with reservations by telephone”. Nothing to read about it online! Pure refusal to work and that during the Hessian summer holidays! The Rhöner Charme label should be deleted! The biggest disappointment in the Rhön.

Restaurant:I can't give a rating for the hotel itself, but the food really wasn't good. Soup, dumplings and red cabbage came from the prepackaged. The red cabbage was cold even when it arrived at the table.There are still two stars for the nice service.Eating here should definitely be avoided. Especially in comparison to what else is available in the region.

We checked into Haus zur Wasserkuppe for a short vacation. We were completely satisfied!!! The breakfast was delicious! There were also homemade jams on offer, which tasted great on the fresh rolls! Since the Haus zur Wasserkuppe is also a restaurant, we were also able to have a delicious meal there for dinner. Although the head of the house, who was also the cook, was unavailable due to illness, the friendly staff tried to serve very tasty dishes!! In this way we would like to send the boss our best wishes for getting well soon!!!We can definitely recommend Haus zur Wasserkuppe! Gladly again!

After a hike to the Wasserkuppe, we cooled down with shandy and cola. Yes, something could be done here and there, but we sat well, received friendly service and then had dinner. There was delicious food, the information that you could get the salad at the salad bar and again delicious drinks. The food tasted great and was inexpensive. It's worth stopping here. There is something for everyone, thank you
