One of the worst holiday apartments in Germany.Booked via Booking and communication with the host was extremely difficult.There is the host and an external rental agency who pass responsibility for handing over the keys, invoices, etc. back and forth to each other.No matter who you talk to on the phone, you will always be treated unkindly.In the end, the handover took place via a key safe that you have to look for and you can only get the password for it after several calls.Towels and bed linen have to be booked expensively and when it comes to towels, they are really just hand towels, very small ones and really only one!The room is also very small and the furnishings are not exactly modern.The only table in the room was also so broken that it wobbled extremely every time it was touched.There were no pictures of the bathroom on booking, which makes sense when you first enter.Very old furnishings here too and cleanliness is only mediocre.The specified kitchen in the holiday apartment is only squeezed into the hallway in the entrance to the room and you can't even put two pots on the stove at the same time without one of them looking halfway over the stove.And there are savings here too. You will be asked to pay extra for room cleaning upon departure, but this does not affect the kitchen.If this is not completely cleaned up, the guest will incur additional costs.Unfortunately it's all a shame for the price.Would be the perfect case for the television series “Agung Abzocke”.Can't recommend anyone.
