Price and performance are not right here. Everything is dirty. Thick layers of dust on cabinets, mirrors and lamps. Leftover food under the beds. Defective kitchen appliances, equipment ready for bulky waste!!!As I said, simply too expensive for this desolate condition.We were glad that we were just passing through.It's a shame that little emphasis is placed on basic standards here.

Clean room, nice reception and always helpful.

The building is getting old and this is noticeable in the doors or the electrical system being stuck.But the really nice hosts have furnished the large rooms in a modern and nice way. Sofas and beds are comfortable.The kitchen equipment is as described, but could be better

Rooms are good. Otherwise you still have to work on the reception of the television programs (poor reception and too few programs.)Otherwise the environment is great.Drr Lake is not far away.

We stayed in the 3-bed apartment No. 9 for 7 nights and were generally satisfied. The apartment has two rooms and one bathroom. In the first room is the living room with kitchen and in the second room is the bedroom with 3 beds and 3 closets. The room can be completely darkened and the beds were completely okay. The mattresses are from Ikea. There was a large kitchenette in the kitchen. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work, but dishwashing items were available. We thought it was a shame that they were saving money on appliances such as toasters and coffee machines. These cheap products will only annoy you as a tenantand a fire could quickly occur. We were still missing a few little things like wine glasses or pot holders.There are enough storage spaces in the bathroom. The toilet brush just needed to be replaced because it didn't look so great anymore. In addition, a scented stone or something similar in the toilet wouldn't be bad.Then there is one more thing that we unfortunately complain about. There were long threads of dust hanging from the ceiling and behind the radiator all over the apartment. And unfortunately also a lot of spiders. Some of them were already dead, so they had been there for a long time.The surroundings are very beautiful. The guesthouse is just a few meters from the lake. There are enough parking spaces in front of the guesthouse and the WiFi worked very well in our apartment. The keys were handed over via a safe. The contact with the landlord and the employee in the office was very good. Responses were very quick and a solution was always sought when problems occurred.We would definitely recommend the guesthouse. The price-performance ratio is right.

Well-kept and neatly equipped room. Cell phone reception is very poor and only outside. The in-house WiFi was slow at the beginning and then only had no connection to the Internet. It can happen sometimes, but it helps immensely with relaxation in a quiet environment. Praise from me.

Referring to Janine about 1 year ago - Apartment #9:Clean (no spiders or anything like that), crockery and cutlery added, completely new (round) sofa in the living area. On the subject of saving: if you have a cheap shower curtain instead of an inexpensive cubicle, there should also be a floor drain. And the balcony door in the sleeping area should be maintained and adjusted - given the amount of force currently required to open and close it, it is to be expected that permanent damage will occur or has already occurred in the medium term.WiFi quality varies, but when available, it's fast enough - even for streaming.Otherwise great, nice staff, quick response, helpful and always trying to improve. The latter can be seen in the availability of garages to store bicycles protected from the weather - THANK YOU!Price/performance is definitely right.

Cozy guesthouse to stay in, we always feel comfortable there, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view and everything is easily accessible by car

Great location, very quiet

We were there from October 22nd to October 24th, 2021.I was there with my two children (6 and 3 years).My son is special, which worried me a little. But honestly for no reason.When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the lady was extremely relaxed despite my son being very upset. She explained everything to us and we got our key. When we opened our room we were amazed. Stunned because it was so big. Simply great. It was also preheated clean and cozy. On the second day my son said he was going to the Baltic Sea. When we arrived at the accommodation I was asked if everything was okay. I then explained everything to her and she offered to put our things in the dryer. Thank you very much at this point.I'll draw my conclusion and tell youChildren are welcome here and with heart. And here children are allowed to be children no matter how special they are. Simply great.We will definitely come back next year.I recommend this guesthouse to you wholeheartedly.
