Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment that is equipped with everything you need on vacation. The quiet location directly behind the dike is perfect for a good rest. The property also has a children's playground and a barbecue area. The landlords are very nice. We'd love to come back.

Very nice farm. The landlady is super nice. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Nothing is missing here.The small playground right in front of the house is a paradise for children.Always happy to come here.

We stayed at Ferienhof Baller in the Up Bön apartment for 10 days in September with our three children.The landlady is very nice and always had an open ear and explained a lot when you asked questions.The kids could always feed the calves in the evening and bring the ponies in every evening, and you could move around the farm freely.The apartment was clean and tidy and there were pedal vehicles and a fenced play area with a barbecue area.To get to the North Sea you need a car but we didn't think that was a problem.We were very satisfied.

Nice, quiet riding stable with a playground, barbecue area, etc. Our apartment An't Gevel was clean and well-equipped. Located directly on the dike you could quickly reach the sea. Communication with Ms. Baller was uncomplicated and any open questions were answered quickly in advance.

Holiday apartment Ant Diek not recommended due to heavy dirt. Floors not cleaned.Toaster, egg cooker, cutlery tray full of dirt, not usable.Extractor hood, bed, cupboard broken.Sanitary facilities unhygienic, sieves full of rust, toilet broken.Bedsheets full of yellow stains.Departure the next morning.The spa director was informed in writing about any grievances.

Yes, it's nice there, but people don't think much about cleanliness. I don't know whether the previous person had already used the bed linen. There was definitely still hair on the sheet. Maybe that's why the price for bed linen was waived. The kitchen, especially the oven and cutlery drawer, should be clean. The oven is disgusting. People there are very friendly, eggs are good. That's about it.

The apartment was large and well equipped. Everything was there. The beds were excellent.Living directly behind the dike was great. A staircase took you quickly to the top of the dike and you could enjoy the sunset over the sea.The beach at Norddeich was simply wonderful. Even I, as a wheelchair user, was able to use a new ramp to go straight down to the sea.Ms. Baller tries to answer or fulfill all of her guests' questions and requests.

The farm is located directly on the dike, approx. 1.5 km from the village center. So it was very quiet, which we really liked. Away from all the hustle and bustle. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. There are outside play opportunities for the children. Animals include cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, but especially horses. You can take riding lessons by arrangement. The two ladies were very nice. Our daughter really liked it.The owner is accommodating, helpful and very friendly. We liked it so much that we would like to spend our vacation there again next year.
