This is not a hotel, but more of a guesthouse. The reception is rarely or not staffed at all, the employees are VERY RUDE and there is no lounge for a cozy get-together in the said "hotel". You have the feeling that you are unwanted and that everything is too much for the staff. All in all the stay was very disappointing and overpriced!This “hotel” is not recommended and is anything but worthwhile.

I was a guest here again this year and felt very comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Luckau and even though the restaurants were closed that day (I was informed of this when making the reservation), I - as always - had a great breakfast with much more than I could eat. All of this at a very reasonable price.I'll be back later this month :)

Quietly located hotel, nice rooms. Breakfast and dinner are provided on site. It is advisable to book dinner. The breakfast is prepared with love and covers all tastes. The boss personally takes care of every wish. Dinner is also freshly prepared and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Nice, quiet hotel/inn. Great service, good home cooking and breakfast. Where the host still cooks himself and cleanliness is very important.Rooms with everything you need and more, even a small refrigerator. WLAN satellite TV is available.Really very beautiful here.

Unfortunately I can't even say anything about the stay because it didn't happen or ever will. It started with a telephone reservation request in which the hotel politely asked for a written request via email. So far so good. Complying with the request, some time passed (3 days) without any response from the hotel until I tried again to get an answer by phone. In the second phone call that followed, someone only answered: “Hello?” whereupon I explained the reason for my call. The man on the phone answered: "Can you call again in 5 minutes? I'm at the checkout right now." Then they just hung up. Conclusion: In my opinion, professional and serious things are different. Luckily there are alternatives in the region!

A home-style hotel with good service and friendly staff. The rooms are tidy and have a full-sized small refrigerator and a color TV. In addition to coffee, breakfast offers fresh rolls, yoghurt, muesli, freshly cut fruit, boiled eggs, packaged jams and orange juice. The sausage and cheese selection was satisfying. All in all, the breakfast was very okay. The hotel has fast WiFi. We would book this hotel again and can recommend it.
