Very nice campsite situated amidst forest and moorland. Low on cell-reception, which makes is quite restfull. The campsite has a small lake with beach for swimming, and a bakery service for breakfast. The surrounding countrysite is ideal for cycling. 10/10 would go again.

The campsite is idyllically located in the forest and is very spacious. Our holiday home was very cozy and practically furnished. The reception was super nice and gave us practical tips for our trip to Amsterdam. We were here in September and would go back at any time. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

I camped at this campsite for a week. It's a forest campsite, that's what I call it. The campsite is located near the Luttelerzand under the trees on a sandy soil. No mown grass under your feet but sand. The campsite is not furnished as standard, the pitches are quite large and are spread out in the forest, one in a more beautiful spot than the other. There are yurts for rent and a nature pod since October 2024.The sanitary facilities are neat and cleaned daily.Children can enjoy themselves all day long in the forest and at the swimming pond. And of course there are animals in a forest. In the morning there was a rabbit on the steps near the sanitary facilities and a hedgehog regularly roamed the grounds. And don't forget the many birds in the area.In short, a wonderful place!!

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. We were well informed and were able to find the place ourselves. It's camping in a forest by a small pond nearby. Very natural which we liked. …

This campsite came up as a picture via Facebook. Well, reality showed something completely different and we don't understand the good reviews at all. …

The room is of course a camping site. A beautiful campsite with the feeling that you are in nature. It is not a luxury campsite with a swimming pool, etc., but it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday in nature. A beautiful swimming pond and the children play at the campsite in the woods. We were with a walking group with dogs. In the evening we had a lovely time in the barn with a stove. In short, a very nice campsite

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Het Meuleman, what a wonderful campsite, in the middle of the forest, between the trees with beautiful cycling routes on all sides.Although the campsite was larger than we normally book, it certainly didn't feel that big. It was full, but not overcrowded. We were there during the downpours, and the campsite was heavily flooded, but it didn't bother us. Our caravan was in a great spot...Beautiful swimming pond, great heathland, good sanitary facilities (could be cleaned a little more often with all those kids who rinse off the sand after swimming. But not too disturbing. Friendly service! They will have a chat with you after arrival once you have reached your spot. definitely recommended!

Very nice natural campsite in the middle of a beautiful forest. Heideveld. Nice atmosphere, nice people. Well, as reported, a lot of mosquitoes! Just bring a spray... nice mix of peace and quiet and yet a children's campsite with mild entertainment. Provide a place that offers privacy, there are plenty without it! I wouldn't want that...Advantage: EV charging stations available!Minus: This bad internet coverage for your customers is really unacceptable. Sanitary facilities should be taken care of more often.

Very nice campsite, not too busy. We had a fantastic spot (a nature spot) between the trees. Few campsites have such spacious pitches. Although there was a road close by, we heard little traffic. It is mainly a destination road.Go-karts and bicycles at the campsite were eagerly used by our children. The swimming lake was cool when we were there, but wonderful for swimming and romping. It is in the forest, so depending on the wind (?) small dust, flowers, etc. float on the water.Experience with activities: well-organized pizza evening, fun games for the children on the heath (werewolves, smuggling game during our stay).Good service, friendly staff.

Never again!I don't understand the good reviews and on the site it all looks nice and spacious, but that's not how we experienced it. We are used to some campsites, but....What a chaos of a (children's) campsite. Tents, campers and caravans are crowded together. Nothing is/is well maintained. All old stuff. Electra is a crying shame; you need a super long cord to be able to connect meters away, if your number is not already occupied. Electrical cords are crisscrossing each other. Links across the walkways where the children play. Plumbing is simply gross.3 showers for I know many camping families and 4 dirty toilets that are cleaned once per day.We arrived a day later with our camper after a cloudburst and understood that families had their tents flooded to such an extent that their insurance allowed them to stay in a hotel for a few days. Drainage is therefore a shame. Mud puddles half a meter deep remained where children played in afterwards;and a dirty forest lake where families swam (I don't understand those parents). Lots of mosquitoes; especially in the evening. No Mobile data and WiFi at the camper sites; but only at two points from the campsite. I can imagine that you don't have WiFi everywhere, but I didn't think it was possible to make calls. And then all this misery for €41 a day; simply scandalous! Very nice area for walking and cycling. ButAll in all, never again at this campsite.
