Great service (, the owners put a lot of effort into making the stay very special and help with all the needs (advice on places to visit, dinner and ask to pick your own preference for the breakfast!)). Beautiful very big clean room and super wonderful breakfast.

In a very quiet living area. At first modern, but the smalledt apartment lacks a pantry, sleeping area open with the living room. Breakfast brought to your room. Bad Bentheim is typical German, not busy at all on Friday and Saturday.. Almost boring...

We lived in the basement suite. The room was very large and nicely decorated. However, it was also dark during the day, even though there were two daylight windows. There was a huge shower in a separate room, which was impressive. However, there was no sink or mirror in this room, only the shower. The bathroom was more the size of a guest toilet, which we found to be a shame. There wasn't even a single hook for towels. You had to place the towel you wanted to use on a small radiator or on the toilet lid. The room and the bathrooms were not a closed unit, but rather opened into a hallway. There was also a small shelf with dishes in this hallway in the basement. On the upper floor in the hallway you could use a microwave. There was no kitchen or at least a sink. Although the house overall was very nice and the room was large and attractively furnished, we didn't like it that much because of the lack of a kitchen unit and the non-integrated bathroom. In our opinion, the price is also too high and not appropriate.

A very tastefully decorated room. The landlord is very nice and accommodating. However, anyone expecting a holiday apartment will be bitterly disappointed. The room is in the basement and it is dark even during the day. There is no cooking facility. The refrigerator can be used by all guests and is stored in the entrance area. To get to the shower or toilet, you have to leave the bedroom/living room and enter the freely accessible hallway. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every day, prepared according to your wishes. All in all, very good if you only want to rent a holiday room for one or a maximum of two nights and don't value a kitchen.

We stayed in the garden suite for 2 nights. We were very satisfied with the room. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. The entrance is via the private terrace and a remote control for the blind. Possibly critical for security fanatics but not a problem for us.The landlord is very nice and lives in the house. When we checked out we were allowed to look at the deluxe suite for our next visit (which of course wasn't occupied at the time). We will be back.

Great Bed & Breakfast! Nice host and hostess, comfortable bed, nice rain shower and clean. Highly recommended! 😊👍🏻Tips: have a delicious Italian dinner at Tonino, have breakfast at Tietmeijer and take a gamble at the Spielbank in Bad Bentheim.
