There is only the key for a room in a key safe, no service, no more restaurant. The room is clean and functional, quite simply furnished. You don't want to stay in the room and the place only offers a pizzeria and no other restaurants. Bicycles cannot be stored in a locked room.

We had an overnight stay in this guesthouse. It was clean and functional. Unfortunately we had no contact. If this were the case, it might have been difficult to find someone who could help. Access was enabled via email and a key safe. That worked well. Room was as shown in the photos. Small, clean and functional. Shower took a VERY long time to get warm. Low ceiling height. Tall people (approx. 180) could have problems.Just an old half-timbered house.Not many options in the village itself. There is a "Near and Good" within walking distance.But certainly a great starting point for hikers. A bit noisy because the house is on the main road.Overall: you can do itHowever, the price was too high for me for this room. There was also no possibility to get a coffee or something to eat directly in the house. At least not that I noticed.There is a baker opposite.

We were here with five people to stay overnight and have breakfast. At first we were skeptical because of the low price. In the end we were all thrilled by the cleanliness and the lovingly and generously laid breakfast table.We will remember you fondly and if the opportunity arises again, we would be happy to come back.Greetings from Hamburg

We stayed there one night because we wanted to go to the Christmas market in Hamelin. Bus connection was good. Since the room was clean, we were looking forward to sleeping. We found the shower and washroom room unusual. But it wasn't a problem for us! In the morning there was a super delicious breakfast! It is usually closed in the evenings and there is no catering. However, there is an opportunity to eat and drink nearby. Gladly again!

Very nice guesthouse in quiet Fischbeck. Trustworthy interaction, well-furnished rooms. With lounge area with not possible yet. Delicious breakfast lovingly prepared. Price-performance ratio is completely fine.

Friendly and rustic guesthouse with heart in the house. Rooms very tidy and functionally equipped. A historic half-timbered building, so people over 1.90m should ask beforehand about the headroom 😉. Flat TV, WiFi, parking space. Uncomplicated check in system. Unfortunately I didn't have time for breakfast.
