It was an absolutely wonderful long weekend. The guests are warm and open people, you feel warmly welcomed and personally well accommodated. You quickly notice who does their work because they enjoy it and who thinks it's purely business - it's clear what love lies behind it.There is a small shop on site and all the shops for daily needs are all around. Of course there are enough opportunities to cook for yourself or to build a fire and grill, but there are a few opportunities around to have something to eat without having to wash up afterwards (dishwasher available, tabs too :). Whether it's a bakery two towns away with a small breakfast buffet, a delicious Italian restaurant on the outskirts or my new favorite, the Zum Lechblick restaurant, less than a 5-minute drive away (Kaiserschmarrn!!!). The guests are happy to provide information and recommendations about the surrounding restaurants. You should also remember to pack your swimming costume, given the proximity to Lake Ammersee with its many swimming options. We lived in apartment II. This is designed for significantly more people than a couple; there are two rooms with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed. The daylight bathroom is clean and there is a shower tray, the water is crystal clear and immediately warm or cold and my hair has never been so soft after washing. The kitchen is well equipped and we won't take more than a few spices with us on our - now certain - next visit. Milk!!! It is possible to set up the apartment's own milk bottle at the cowshed in the morning and have it filled with the freshest milk from your own cows for a small fee.As expected, the apartment is charmingly decorated in a rustic, rural wooden style. The closets are large and the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and bright, pets are welcome. The balcony (with terrace) is huge and the garden in the backyard (balcony side) is large, green and ideal for children. There are swings suitable for all ages, a small slide and a small sandpit with molds for digging. The rodents' enclosure (open for cuddling) is also housed there. The farm dog Milla, a woolly and absolutely friendly dog, who also likes to act as a tour guide, watches over all of this - on our first day she spontaneously accompanied us on our walk and showed us a beautiful path through the forest down to a (dog bathing area). Lech and back again. She was also happy to show us other ways - for example to the farm's own chapel with a Canada-like view over the river. The cats on the farm are also cuddly and friendly and like to ask for a little petting. The horses are incredibly friendly - there's no other way to describe it. Not even the relatively new foal shows any signs of shyness or fear (not even in front of our large and quite skeptical, loudly barking German Shepherd lady).Even when riding, you can feel the trust and stress-free rearing that these animals have experienced. Neither shy nor frightened by cyclists and motorcyclists, noises in the forest, dogs running loose or, or, or...My husband - as a complete beginner - felt so comfortable on his Asti that he decided to go on another ride before returning home.We were accompanied on our rides by a young lady who not only showed us the beautiful area on first-class riding trails, but because of her open nature, funny, friendly and thoughtful, she immediately resembled a familiar rather than a stranger. I would like to thank her again for her time - and patience :)I would like to tell you more, unfortunately the character limit is now putting an end to it.I would happily recommend this farm to individuals, couples and families. - We would definitely like to come back!
