This is the first time that we booked at a Familhotel. After living several years in Asia, where kids can do whatever they want, we decided to spent Eastern in a kids friendly place and no be worry about the other guests. …

A great place to vacation with children. It has been thought out in many details and is designed to give parents and children a wonderful, relaxing time. The service is consistently great, as is the cuisine. A place to come back again and again and a clear recommendation.

First of all: The hotel is absolutely recommended! We stayed in the country house for 3 nights at the beginning of May. The staff and the operating couple were very friendly and accommodating at all times. The rooms and grounds are extremely well maintained! Our children were warmly welcomed into the child care center and really enjoyed it there. There is a colorful program for the children almost every day (except Sunday). The swimming pool is great, the water temperature is 31/32 degrees. There is a child-friendly buffet when eating. We'll probably come back when we get the chance :)

We've been back almost two weeks and now we finally want to write a few words. Conclusion in advance: It was really great (with minor and major limitations)!Super clean room and the public areas were always clean. Food good to very good. A little more vegetarian choice and more (healthy) choice for children's meals would be great - but we were offered the opportunity to contact the kitchen at any time if we had special requests! Dinner could take half an hour longer :-) (but you weren't rushed!)The equipment is really excellent, very child-friendly and the communication about it in advance (equipment lists, personal advice on room type) as well as the organization "behind the scenes" are top notch. We would have liked a little more information on site, but that probably just depends on the respective reception staff. The family program was also great and we especially loved Ahmed, Johanna and Herrmann! There should always be family afternoons in the HappyClub :-)Surroundings just as beautiful. One negative point was the construction site, which was much larger than announced, under which we had our room, meaning that afternoon naps and rest in the room were not possible. But we received great compensation, thank you for that! If you value peace and quiet, you should ask beforehand where exactly the room is.We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it!

We really enjoyed our stay in the country house. There is really a lot to discover for children and adults, be it the many outdoor play options, the animals, the swimming pool or the indoor play area. The food was great and special attention was paid to allergies and intolerances. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back.

Yes, what can I say...A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. We went on holiday for the first time as a small family with our 4 month old baby and we were not disappointed. There is almost everything you can borrow. From strollers, bottle warmers, extra beds, etc. If something was broken, for example the bottle warmer, it was replaced immediately. The pools are not big but are enough to relax and splash around in the water with the little ones. There is a sauna area for adults, which children are not allowed to enter. This is also how you find peace. The restaurant is either a buffet, which is not that big, but very tasty, or on certain days with 3 different menus to choose from, which you can choose in the morning. The environment was quite ok for us. Unfortunately we were traveling with a stroller and got a bit lost. It would probably have been better to take a map with you. Well, we found our way back in our own way and found a beautiful piece of landscape with the forest. Barefoot path hello😀There are horses, goats and rabbits on the hotel grounds. For slightly older children there is also archery, boby cars, pedal cars, a football field and of course playgrounds. So all in all it was a wonderful vacation. We say thank you very much!Meyer family

Very nice hotel, very much for children.Everything was super clean and organized. The food is high quality and good. It's a shame, in this price range as an all-inclusive premium, the drinks at the bar are charged extra, both children's cocktails and drinks for adults.I remember it differently in a family hotel in Austria.
