So comfortable place. You can feel you really at your home. The owner is so friendly and nice. The room is clean and big. The Charles, the dog, is so cool and treat you like family. Strongly recommended to relax to have a awesome vacation. Can spend a lot of time here.

great place for families. its positioned in a beautiful and quiet place in the middle, perfect as a base camp.the house is very clean and comfort. the kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for your cooking include a dishwasher and oven.Lidya, the home owner is always willing to help.and of course the red card, which is include in the deal.

Hog family was truly the warm hearted family. Hiking and running was amazing and was completely lost in the beauty of nature .They explain you also a lot of detail of their tradition.Generally,I would recommend it as the best place in black forest!!Don't miss the bow and arrow game with them ;)

Wonderfully situated apartment, adjacent to the owner's home, yet discreetly located, with separate entrance.Perfectly equipped kitchen, clean and complete. Beautiful bedrooms on the first floor. With balcony plus table and chairs there, also sheltered from rain and sun by the canopy. The coolness inside is a plus in (too) hot weather.Blissful silence at night. Sun-drenched terrace at the bottom of the house as well. Excellent WiFi.But above all, what warm people the owners are: helpful, extremely friendly and without ever a moment of pushiness. Charming how they let us participate in experiencing their best craftsmanship"hobbies" such as extracting honey and baking delicious bread in their ancient stone oven.We are experienced travelers and have been through a lot, but the genuine friendliness of the couple will always remain with us.Moreover: What a beautiful region for hikers! Of course never without climbing, but what a palette of panoramas, what a variety of walks!This stay was unforgettable for us.Special thanks to the wonderful Lydia and Josef Hog. And of course also the incredibly beautiful Black Forest.Absolutely great. It couldn't be better.

We chose the Hogenhof because of its proximity to smaller ski lifts. Unfortunately there was so little snow that we had to drive to Feldberg. However, that didn't dampen our joy about the holiday apartment. Because the location is absolutely idyllic. Beautiful secluded location in a valley. A lively gurgling stream flows past the house and the cows moo right next to it. Great! My children and I were thrilled. The apartment is large, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. We all immediately fell in love with the friendly farm dog Charly and the children played with him outside at every opportunity. The landlords Lydia and Sepp are very nice and relaxed and Lydia's raspberry jam is delicious. Thanks! There is also the Hochschwarzwald Card. What more do you want? Highly Recommended. We'd love to come back.

Our holiday at the Hogenhof was very nice.Starting with the wonderful shot by Sepp and Lydia Hog with their dog Charly. The furnishings of the apartment were exactly as we imagined them. The location of the farm is perfect for using the Hochschwarzwaldcard, which is included in the price. We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend the apartment.

Very nicely located farm with a very nice, bright and clean apartment. Parking space directly in front of the apartment and a cozy terrace and a large balcony.The landlords are very nice and helpful and child-friendly. The children can move freely, play by the stream or help out on the farm.There are cows, a dog and a rooster here at the moment.Many excursion destinations such as Titisee, Schluchsee, Simonswald, Hexenloch, Triberg, Gutach Vogtsbauernhof, Freiburg/Mundenhof and much more are very easy to reach.Shopping Titisee-Neustadt with all kinds of shops.Gastronomy is also all nearby and all very child-friendly and it tastes delicious!!!Tips from us Jostalstüble, Felsenstüble (Hexenloch)!!!
