Another real traditional restaurant with no frills. The schnitzel still tastes like schnitzel and the roast pork from the wood-fired oven is the best in the region. No sauce, just homemade Joux. Simply delicious. And all of this at reasonable prices. The aspics are adorable.

I have never visited this country inn because promises are only made on the phone and they are not kept. You don't get a response to emails either. Apparently you have enough guests and don't need any new ones. For me, being guest-friendly is something different. If you don't want to work with your guests, you can just say so. Then you'll know what's going on and won't wait for emails in vain.
