The manager came and she also continued to insist that we had booked 2 rooms, but would cancel 1 room. When we looked into the system, it turned out that she had another guest on the screen. Got the key and the bill would be ready the next morning. At 9 o'clock in the evening that guy was banging on the door and we had to come and pay immediately. To get rid of the hassle, we did that. Then he refused to provide proof of payment, because we would receive it the next day. Of course I did not agree with this. Then he shouted to his manager in a crowded room that that person (i.e. me) did not want to wait. She came back and prepared the bill with proof of payment. When I commented on the way they treated their guests, she said it was my own fault. They were short-staffed, so I shouldn't have booked with them along the highway, but at a hotel in the city center. The next day it got even crazier: the hotel price included breakfast, but we didn't get that - they didn't have the time or staff for that. Then just incur extra costs and have breakfast in the city yourself. And when I handed in the key, I was sent away by a - again rude - employee, because I had no business being there. So just put the key on the cleaning cart (photos were taken as proof) and get out of that mess as quickly as possible. Informed the booking platform, but they did not respond. In short: stay far away from this motel!

A week ago I booked a room through our company portal Onesto, which had already been paid for. When I arrived at 11pm I was told that they were fully booked and that I didn't have a booking.

A hotel located directly on the A3. We were very positively surprised. The rooms were very clean, small and nice for one night! The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly, everything was great!

As a business traveler, my night at the Hotel Neumarkt was perfect. The location near the A3 and only ten minutes from the center of Berg was ideal. I liked the 24-hour reception and the room with a workstation. The fast, free WiFi connection was essential for work. The breakfast was excellent and the modern café bar was a pleasant place to relax. The Hotel Neumarkt is just right for business travelers like me.

Room was reasonably clean and facilities were OK.3 stars deduction for price performance via booking - price was 120, - the price on site was 85, - on the same date. I think the 40% surcharge for booking.com is very excessive.

Clean and everything is intact.
