There are people who always have something to complain about. Those who pay a pension but expect a 4 star hotel. Personally, I was there for a short vacation last year and I can't complain. The room was small but nice. It was clean and cozy...good thing about the remote control, I can also confirm that there wasn't one, but that didn't really interest me because we didn't come there to watch TV but rather visited the city during the day. And we didn't get back until quite late in the evening. And what was great was that you could get drinks down in the hallway where there were no fixed prices and after introductions you could throw some change into the bowl provided. Price performance top

I am very disappointed. I wasn't expecting much at this price but everything I experienced there was beyond my imagination. Bathroom completely dirty, you can't look into any corner without seeing dirt and cobwebs. Completely unfriendly operator complains about arriving late in the evening and says that it doesn't work that way. I didn't know that you have to be told when you come "home" when you're of legal age. I'm very disappointed and wish that this guesthouse would be closed because you can't do that to anyone.

I can confirm Ms. Komm's criticism of the Jarosch guesthouse because we had also rented the guesthouse at that time and witnessed these incredible incidents. The price for our room is totally exorbitant because it was more of a kind of "broom closet" and far too small for 2 people. The price for the poor breakfast was also far too high and the quality left a lot to be desired. It is not normally common to offer such large jam jars that dozens of people have already helped themselves to with their knives. The TV in the room didn't work at all, so the three universal remote controls didn't help either. And the apple juice that was offered for sale in the bottle, which had already expired in October 2012, turned out to be a health hazard. If I had drunk it, the rest of my vacation would have literally been ruined. I can't recommend this guesthouse, I can only warn you about it! !!

This was my second time in this guesthouse and I was very satisfied again. It is located a little outside of Dresden in a nice and very quiet residential area - I found that very pleasant. The S-Bahn is also just around the corner, really very practical. The rooms are big enough, with everything you need: a comfortable bed, closet, table, TV, etc. The bathroom was also nice and clean. Unfortunately I can't understand the negative reviews here - the breakfast was really great for this price. You get rolls, spreads, sausage and cheese, eggs, fruit, coffee,; no trace of rubber buns or anything else that is here. The owner of the guesthouse was also very friendly and answered our questions... The price-performance ratio is really great, you can't expect to stay in a 5-star hotel for this low price. So I would visit this guesthouse again and again when I am in Dresden.

My daughter and I stayed at this guesthouse for two nights at the beginning of March.I've already experienced a lot, but I rate this guesthouse as unsatisfactory in terms of friendliness, flexibility, breakfast and much more. m.Even the reception was totally unfriendly, the registration block from the old GDR era, you weren't welcome. Every further question was too much and was rewarded with a stressed look and a snappy answer. You were constantly asked to turn off the hallway light. The rooms were averagely clean, small and sparsely furnished. Savings were obviously made everywhere. In a lamp that actually had 2 bulbs, there was only one. There was no remote control for the television. Breakfast was the highlight. There was jam with only a little left in it, and the same with honey. You had to use a butter knife to get the spread out, so there were no spoons. There was limited sausage and cheese. The rolls were inedible, either rock hard or rubbery. The napkins were on the shelf at the top. When I grabbed one and left the napkin stand on the table, it was immediately put back up. The lady of the house told me in her very friendly way that I should please not move the things around, I could do that at home. So for the little people, please take a chair or a ladder. When we were finally allowed to leave this guesthouse, I had the nerve to ask for a bill. What I got was a receipt with no sequential number, no identification. Number, without a list of the services used by my daughter and I.Conclusion: NEVER EVER again!!!

I've known Pension Jarosch for a long time - from the times when there were two German states... and I always loved being there! A super nice operator, everything was spotlessly clean, nice rooms, good prices - unfortunately I haven't had a reason to go to Dresden for some time, but if I do - then Pension Jarosch again!

My wife and I recently stayed at Pension Jarosch and I have to say I can only warn everyone not to spend the night there.Since we were there with another couple who were friends of ours, we booked the free apartment and the rooms were old-fashioned and far too small in a bed, you couldn't even move your little toe without it creaking and the bed was far too small for two.The cooking facility wasn't available either, nor was the promised WiFi.The television didn't work either, there was no trash can in the rooms or in the bathroom, where I was wondering what the woman who was menstruating would want to do.There was a 7.5l bucket in the hallway. Since I just started, the mold sprouted but otherwise it was modern. The breakfast, whoever you want to call it, was the highest rolls that were soaking wet, sausage from the NETTO with cheese packed on a plate, meat salad still in the packaging as it is (not possible) eggs were only available for one day and the rest I'll ignore it now because it was just a horror. If you wanted to drink beer, champagne, everything was good, but if you wanted apple juice, it was nothing, it had expired since October and December 2012 and we were there at the end of February. The hostess was sometimes friendly and sometimes unfriendly so people don't do that to each other.

Very unfriendly hostess, the rooms are okay and the said free Wi-Fi is totally pointless because it absolutely doesn't work, the shower is deep in the GDR.If you want to go here you should look for something else!!!!The cooking options are not available and everyone can access the refrigerator

Not recommended! Unfriendly and no possibility to cook... wifi doesn't work at all and you have to pay for everything, even a small stain on the bed, which makes you wonder what kind of treatment the hostess has.😡

We were very satisfied with the accommodation in Dresden. We would receive a friendly welcome and would be happy to come back.
