Dr. Seibert offers an innovative menu based on locally sourced ingredients. She then infuses them with respect and care. She shows a same level of appreciation for her customers. It adds up to an experience not just a fine meal.

We were hungry in the evening looking for good food as we hiked the Malerweg. After 45 minutes of walking to the recommended restaurant, we were unfortunately turned away and no dinner could be found anywhere. Fortunately, we were still welcomed here, warmly welcomed and had a great meal. Everything was homemade with love and really tasty.

We have never experienced anything so unfriendly. Since we couldn't reach anyone by phone, we went there on the chance, but were literally thrown out. Instead of saying “good evening,” we were immediately insulted that we hadn’t pre-ordered. This would have to be done four hours in advance. Spoke and disappeared grumbling into the kitchen. The sound makes the music. Impossible!!!

Went to this restaurant for lunch last Sunday for a long time (before Corona). Luckily I had called beforehand and found out about the landlady's enormous difficulties. So we had to choose a dish in advance. Unusual, but not a problem for us.There were only 5 of us with other guests and we were very excited to see what awaited us.We had zander and wild boar loin and I have to say it was excellent, outstanding and freshly prepared. I enjoyed it so much and would have loved to eat the dish again. The dessert was also simply delicious.In conversation with the landlady we also learned about her problems. She has and cannot find any staff that can or wants to really support her in service or in the kitchen. She does everything alone and, conservatively estimated, is probably already approaching 70. How she manages to cope with all this in these really difficult times, my respect!So it was very nice and we'll be back, and above all stay healthy.P.S. And to you out there who are looking for a new challenge, maybe from the industry, can and want to work, give the restaurant a call. As I said, honestly help is urgently needed.

Very, very, very good food, from an even more likeable cook, which she prepares with a lot of love. We will definitely come back, but then with an overnight stay! Any other review that is worse than five stars here is nonsense. Here every trained cook can learn something from Dr. Siebert (for your information, not a trained cook) and learn as you go! How to cook well and with love and not just serve expensive standard food without soul. Please keep it up for a long time and stay healthy!

Unfortunately only yesterday for the 1*! Been to this place where cuisine and passion are no strangers, but definitely not the last time!I am blinded by so much love for food and can only recommend everyone to visit the country inn and the owner! Every single dish was thoughtfully and thoughtfully prepared.I cannot and do not want to understand all the negative comments because these people do not understand the current situation in the catering industry!From the 4 of us + the 4-legged friend there is a clear recommendation to everyone who understands honest cuisine and gastronomy!We will come back and thank Dr. Siebert for the great evening and for being a guest with her and “Rosi”.

We had lunch today, it was delicious. It is a small but nice restaurant. The landlady cooks herself and that's great. We'll definitely come by again.
