This house was booked for exclusive use. It was only discovered on site that young adults were also accommodated there. This created certain situations that forced us to cancel our stay. I have the impression that the Provit is more important than the safety of the paying guests.

Friendly service that was tailored to our needs. All booked activities were very well prepared and communicated.The food was very tasty. A very good place for school trips with enough opportunities to sit together as a group.

Last weekend we, the Gimbsheim wind orchestra, rented the youth hostel.We were able to coordinate and adapt our wishes for the use of the common and rehearsal rooms with the friendly staff.That worked well 👍According to the hosts, there are 5 rooms for rehearsals, but the two rooms in the attic are right next to each other and are not suitable for rehearsals.The food was delicious and vegetarian food was also available upon prior arrangement. Praise to the chef.Due to a lack of communication, there was unfortunately less food on Saturdays…There are classic rooms on site, as you would expect in a youth hostel.All rooms have their own toilet and shower.Rooms, including bathrooms, were clean 👍Several refugees are accommodated in the youth hostel.It was clearly communicated in which areas they were staying and there were hardly any points of contact.We had a successful weekend all around.Thank you

Great place and surroundings! 🎸🧵The rooms were mostly clean and tidy! However, sometimes at night we heard a strange rumbling noise coming from the basement? But these noises weren't a problem at all! 🎃 When I was there with my family, there was also wonderful food. (Yum!) My favorite dish was the “wild boar ears”! I'd never heard of it before, but it was wonderful! The service was great too! The staff were really nice and helpful! An employee named Phillipp was also nice, but we always saw him going into the forest at night. One evening when I returned from a walk in the forest with my wife, we saw Philip emerging from the nearby pond. We were too confused to ask him about it. Still, a nice guy!This accommodation is definitely recommended, especially with the wonderful staff and the exciting atmosphere!🤿🎽🛶🏈

It's not at all annoying when someone who is eating more than ten other guests in the house (who are not ours) has to refill their drink.😠Things/valuables should not be left lying around freely accessible as this is an invitation for others/the cleaning lady to come and get the things. Personally, the security (who are employed here because of refugees) only makes me feel a little safer. It's good that it's there, more would be better. If you are planning a trip to this place, I recommend that you find out in advance about the stay of refugees/other guests.✌🏻

Due to poor communication in the house, items disappeared several times, which was not resolved by the end of the week. It's a shame because apart from the boss, all the employees are very friendly and nice.However, the apology meal was very tasty, so one more star.
