Very beautiful apartment with all the faculties readily available! Perfect location & very clean and tidy. The host couple is very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend those who want to have some relaxing time with families in Lenggries!

Beautiful holiday apartment with everything you need, good and central location and still quiet. Parking spaces available, also lockable bicycle garages. Washing machine for general use and private sauna. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Very luxuriously furnished, comfortable facilities, beautiful location near the Isar. Inexpensive, very modern and clean and therefore fully recommended apartment. Very nice reception with customer-friendly and accommodating service. Billing address changed again, earlier check-in was no problem and fresh flowers were also on the table. I'd love to come back, thank you very much!

Hello. I cannot emphatically recommend this apartment! We were initially very impressed by the location, the furnishings of the apartment and the friendliness of the owner. Until the landlady, who we never saw, informed us that we had to leave the apartment three days before the end of the reservation. She blamed us for the early expulsion without giving any conclusive reasons. However, that wasn't the height of meanness. In addition, we had to pay the full price, otherwise she would have thrown us out on the street immediately. My girlfriend and I have only recently been in the region due to a job change. We didn't have any other overnight accommodations so we had to give in and pay. We will therefore never book this apartment again!

Beautiful, lovingly and comfortably furnished! The owners, who built much of the house themselves, are organized and accommodating. I can absolutely recommend it.

Unfortunately, there is currently a construction site in front of the Landhaus Alpinum. The landlords didn't tell us this. We were then able to move to another house, where it was very nice, but the great view shown in the photos no longer exists. Unfortunately!
