Don't waste your money on this dump, don't believe the photos, it's so far from the truth. Stayed 2 nights we had no choice it was a coach trip to the Christmas markets with Caledonian travel, and they should be ashamed of themselves putting paying guests in this hovel. We where in room 10 it was so old holes on the sheets no tea making facilities in any of the rooms so had to make do with our own bottled water, no one on the staff or owners spoke English and the male owner was nasty, rude and unhelpful. The food was awful nothing to drink with the evening meal not even water so stay clear of this place at all costs and is in a village miles from anywhere, an awful experience

We received a very friendly welcome from the landlady.The food was always very good and we never went hungry.The innkeeper has missed his job.Not a nice friendly word, he apparently goes into the basement laughing.The rooms are old, small but clean.Reminded me of your grandma days!

With Sachsentourist Wittig we spent 4 nights at the beginning of August 2022 at the Landgasthof Wickert in Mörsdorf. The rooms had the charm of the 1980s. There was no soap, no hairdryer and only two of the sockets could be used. The TV had no remote control and there were only 3 channels with very poor picture quality.At these temperatures, the beds were covered with winter bed linen and even the zippers weren't working properly.Half board was included. The former boss sat in the dining room during breakfast and dinner and observed each of our travel participants, what and how often they went to the buffet. Rolls were given out for breakfast and there were no vitamins.The last dinner was the highlight. There was schnitzel with fries. The landlady helped herself to the buffet, but couldn't manage the schnitzel and put the rest of her plate back in the warming container.We cannot recommend this country inn.

My goodness, what a business...I've wanted to stay here for Nature One for the last few years. At that time I wrote several emails with the request, but they were never answered.After probably 10 calls, I finally got the nastiest and most bad-tempered employee on the phone that you can only imagine. At first it made me wonder why I was even calling. You really feel comfortable there.Same game this year. Already 2 unanswered emails. Unfortunately, after 5 attempts, I didn't have the great pleasure of reaching the helpful employee by phone this time.Unfortunately, the Nature One Shuttle Service is a unique selling point - otherwise: you'd better go somewhere else. At the Landgasthof Wickert you're probably not interested in making money and you don't feel welcome at all.

Our daughter urgently needed to go to the toilet. When we kindly asked whether she could use the inn's toilet as an exception due to an “emergency”, we were turned down. We would have been happy to have a drink or pay to use the toilet.We were turned away at the door...Thanks! This is what we call “hospitality in a country inn”
