We have a small, nice apartment. The hosts are super nice. The breakfast is great. And our dog was even allowed into the breakfast room. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent. A wide choice of fresh and tasty products ensured a good start to the day.Spacious apartment: The bedroom was very spacious and well furnished. The presence of both a kitchen and a living room provided additional comfort and convenience, especially for longer stays.Location: The location of the Gästehaus is ideal, close to the center. This made it easy to reach the main sights and restaurants on foot.Conclusion: HausTepel is an excellent choice for both short and longer stays, thanks to its good facilities, tasty breakfast and central location. Hostess and gentleman are very friendly.

There were two of us on motorbikes. Very polite house guests! Everyone had their own bedroom and everyone had a bathroom plus the large balcony was perfect 👍👍 Restaurants shopping and so on 5 minutes away.

A small owner-managed guesthouse. We received a friendly welcome even at a late hour. The apartment was spacious and comfortably furnished. Since our daughter got sick while on vacation, we were given the best advice and we were even able to check out later on the day of departure than agreed.The guesthouse is only a few minutes away from the center, bus, shopping and :-) the hospital. The ski area can also be reached quickly.We would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation.Tobias Litzendorf

Perfect location.Supermarket around the corner and you can walk into the center of Winterberg within 5 minutes.The host and lady are very friendly.Nice and clean apartment.

The second star is because they are really nice people and we were helped quickly. Otherwise, in our case, unfortunately very disappointing - since I still had questions, I contacted them by phone and was told that I didn't need to order via booking.com, but that I could also do it by phone. Strangely enough, the price was actually a little cheaper via booking.com, but I wasn't interested in the few euros. The surprise came on the day of arrival and our holiday apartment was already rented, as it had simply been forgotten due to the reservation confirmed by telephone and email (but not via booking.com). The fact that we subsequently received a downgrade and paid more for the newly organized holiday apartment than it costs via the website completes the short vacation.Mistakes can happen and we told the guests that - but the fact that they didn't receive anything more than a "we're very sorry" is very disappointing. So unfortunately no recommendation from us.
