Camping is okay! Basicly just a field of grass with places to park your caravan, tent or camper. No boundaries or much privacy. Nice views on the hills with lot's of vineyards. The facilities are fine and neat. Unfortunately it was quite loud at night with cars and trains driving next to the river. It's nice that the village, train station and supermarket are so close (easy to walk).

I have never been at a more noisy camping site than this one. Next to you: a noisy road (100 km/h), a freight train and an airport. The location is kinda beautiful, next to the Mosel, but weirdly enough all tent pitches have no view of this at all. All we saw was campervans in a row. The beautiful views are for vans only.Oh, and they organise a total lockdown of the lot between 13h and 15h, something they didn't mention at all. We found that out when trying to leave for a hike and standing in front of a closed gate. You literally cannot leave with your car, and they're not behind their desk at those times.I've got to say that the toilets and showers were quite clean, but this trip was a total disappointment. I do not understand the high ratings at all.

Nice camp but we were given a spot in the kids playground which was noisy with kids playing until late, then the people in the wine barrell rentals on the other side of us started to party hard, including loud doof doof music and then vomiting loudly until the wee small hours. It's not a great camp for tired cyclists. We were told there were no other vacant pitches, but it appeared there were.Toilets and showers lean and good but upstairs and a long way away from where we were camped.Supermarkets nearby are good to buy something to eat and drink because the boat club restaurant next door is terrible.

**Things we liked about the campground:**- Breakfast bread service starting at 8 am (provided by an external vendor).- The space by the river, which we booked six months in advance, was nice.- Close to grocery stores and a hardware store, which is convenient if you need supplies.- Good mobile reception thanks to a nearby mobile tower.- Watching activity on the river, such as sport boats and ships, was enjoyable.**Things we did not like:**- No shop to buy essential items when arriving on a weekend.- Unwelcoming reception upon arrival with no basic information provided about how things work on the campground.- Rules were not made clear upon check-in.- Overcrowded when we were there, with campers packed closely together.- Very small area for doing dishes.- Access to many amenities (garbage disposal, washing machine) requires an electric token that needs to be charged with money, which was not explained at check-in, leading to confusion.- The campground is noisy due to its location near a main road and train track, especially if you are parked close to the river.- During our stay, there was a helicopter spraying pesticides onto the vineyards at 8 am. It was quieter at night, making it just acceptable.- A minimum stay of three nights was required due to a public holiday on Thursday.**Overall Rating:** We did not enjoy our stay here. We would have left earlier if not for the minimum stay requirement. We were relieved when we finally left. Would not come again, cannot recommend!

Lot of noice in the night due to young people having a party all night and no-one in the staff did anything - still full price. Amenities very far from camping area and no shadow. Very overpriced.

Definitely stayed in nicer places, for half the price. On top of camp fees, you'll be required to pay for your site, showers and internet as extras. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when asked for assistance. Had been planning to stay awhile, but couldn't wait to get out of the place. I'd never return.|
