15 euros surcharge for 45 minutes of spa / Completely unsuitable for business travelers arriving before 5 p.m. who are hungry and have a desire for the saunaAfter a 5-hour journey and several business appointments, I was happy to be able to enjoy the hotel, including the spa and dinner, in peace. When I arrived at 4:00 p.m., the lady at reception, who was resolute and lacking in tact, told me that I was not allowed to enter the spa area until 5:00 p.m. and that I had to be at dinner by 8:00 p.m. at the latest. Furthermore, I was cheekily accused between the lines ("are you even on a business trip?") that I had fraudulently gotten the business tariff.I knew there was no way I could comfortably manage spa and dinner in 3 hours. When I booked it wasn't clear to me that as a business traveler I only had a maximum of 3 hours for the spa and food. I then asked if there was somewhere outside where I could eat after the spa. She just said, “We’ll have to see about that.” She then “generously offered” to allow me to enter the spa earlier for an additional charge. I have never experienced such a model and such a hospitable demeanor as this lady's and I immediately feel unwelcome or out of place.The Africa room is a bit reminiscent of the 90s and does not correspond to the price category.Dinner was very good, but it lasted 90 minutes, so I could only officially use the spa area for 90 minutes. Nobody needs that kind of stress, pressure and inflexibility after a strenuous day. These restrictions should also have been made clear when booking.The big hit came when we left. I was asked by a very friendly, competent and empathetic young lady whether I was satisfied. I told her about my problems with the check-in the day before and the extra charge. She completely understood and immediately said that she would take the price back out. However, the lady from the previous day noticed this from a few meters away and forbade her to do so because it had been "agreed on yesterday".With a total amount of 314.00 euros, it was a shameful operation, not at all interested in the guest or his satisfaction, the lady made it clear to me that she never wanted to see me again. Her colleague was also very embarrassed and agreed to at least address this case in the next team meeting. But I was probably an absolute exotic, hungry, craving a sauna, traveling on business and in the hotel at 4 p.m. I've obviously broken the system.

Great sauna area with nice staff.

We were there for a wedding. Highly recommended.It might be a bit strange for wellness guests if you want to enjoy your day in a bathrobe and then have a wedding party celebrate there.

We went to Day-Spar for the first time last Sunday. It's a very nice atmosphere.The employees at Spar were all very friendly.We had booked two back massages and a facial treatment.At this point a big thank you again. It was great.We didn't use the sauna.The swimming pools were only used by very few guests, so we were able to swim our lengths comfortably (swimming pools are not very big).There are enough comfortable berths/zones available.We found the drinks included in the price to be sufficient and good. There was enough fruit. Hardly any snacks.Like some others, the light lunch didn't go down well with us.Firstly: We felt very uncomfortable on the way there (wearing a bathrobe through the whole building).Second: The food selection wasn't that great.Third: The on-site supervision could have been a little friendlier.Conclusion: Apart from that, we had a nice, relaxing day.

The hotel impresses with its idyllic location in the middle of nature and conveys a feeling of peace and relaxation. The extensive wellness area invites you to relax with a variety of amenities such as tea, water, refreshing drink syrups and a selection of fruits. Five different saunas and numerous lying areas offer enough space for rest and regeneration.The harmonious and tasteful design of the hotel underlines the pleasant ambience, and at no time does the impression of overcrowding arise.The meals in the hotel are of good quality and the portions are generous. Overall, the service was very satisfactory, although the staff at breakfast and lunch occasionally seemed a little less committed.

We were looking for an oasis of peace in nature and found it with this hotel. Here you can switch off wonderfully, relax and do something good for your body and mind. The hotel offers the ideal place to leave everyday life behind and completely relax.

Excellent food and sleep in a beautiful atmosphere!

A little more expensive than the wellness hotel we've been to twice before, but also very extensive - there are several indoor and outdoor saunas with infusions and several relaxation rooms. We didn't even make it to the pool area with the cinema and the massages were all already fully booked. The food was ok - very little choice for vegetarians - but there is a large selection of drinks in the spa all day for free!

Fun is supperr!!!Opinions differ when it comes to culinary delights!!!!Still a great recommendation’👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
