The food is simply delicious. If you like eating game you should definitely eat here, the meat is super tender and from the island, so it's also sustainable. everything is beautifully seasoned and prepared with love.Here the boss cooks herself. We will definitely be back!

I was on the island for business and many different people recommended that I try the game burger here. It was by far the BEST burger I have ever eaten.Eating here is an absolute must.The service was very friendly, there was a greeting from the kitchen and the ambience was very nice.Always my pleasure!

We have been coming for well over 10 years and you can only come to one conclusion:The best food on the island. Here the boss still cooks herself... and you just have to say, she can do it. No matter what you eat, we haven't had a dish that didn't taste good.In addition, attentive, very friendly and without exception pleasant staff.The fact that there is no fluctuation there, but the same waitresses for years, says it all. Always happy, thank you to all the staff.P.S.: and please leave the Königsberger Klopse on the map...

We were there for dinner that day.The service was very friendly. Checked again and again whether everything was OK.The food was excellent. We even said it was the best rump steak we've ever eaten.From the starter to the dessert, everything was great.We can't rate the rooms because we were only there to eat.We would come back to eat again and again.Kind regards from NRW

We were there twice, once without a reservation and once with. Without the reservation we got a table and they tried very hard.Both times the food and the salads from the bar and sauces were very tastyThe service was nice and relaxed and just in a good mood.The other service staff were always asked whether everything was OK, whether they still had enough drinks, etcThe greeting from the kitchen with the homemade lard (unfortunately I forgot what) was a dream, something so delicious and then I haven't eaten it myself for a long time.We will definitely come back there next time we visit the beautiful island of BaltrumStay as you are

This evening we were surprised. In the midst of the standard restaurants on Baltrum, there are still female chefs who stand out. Thanks to the restaurant at the Hotel Strandburg. Excellent cuisine with a claim to taste without flavor enhancers.Addition: A year later, I am more than disappointed with the “surroundings”. Unfriendliness and inflexibility have set in. The disappointment is great.

When I'm on vacation on Baltrum, I come here to eat at least twice. This year I've had the Wild Burger twice. I have never eaten a better burger.But everything I've eaten here so far has been absolutely delicious.Anyone vacationing here should definitely try this restaurant.Absolute recommendation and of course I take a jar of homemade jam with me every time. I look forward to it every year.

I have been a regular guest at the Hotel Strandburg for many years. A lot has changed over the years: the rooms have been renovated and designed to look modern. The staircases and hallways alone suggest a lot of taste and regional flair.But the best thing about this hotel is the restaurant with its excellent cuisine. I have been able to eat many regional fish and game specialties here. Everything is fresh and of very good quality and attractively served. Worth a recommendation for me.All in all a very nice hotel where you can enjoy your holiday on Baltrum without any worries. Especially since the location is absolutely great with a short walk to the beach.A big compliment for the hospitality that I can experience here in the hotel from the Bengen family and their team.I'm already looking forward to my next vacation in the "Strandburg" 👍

We only ate in the restaurant here, so there are no stars for the rooms! Since we were very late, a big special compliment and many thanks to the boss and the service team for opening the kitchen again. The food was good and tasty, although the taste of the vegan patty was more reminiscent of a bouillon cube, but that may be a matter of taste. The fries were cross, a little too salty, the stiff Max with quail eggs tasted good! Overall, the restaurant makes a great impression.
