A small village restaurant in a rural style. Well attended. The food tastes good, the landlady is very nice and willing to provide information.

We had lunch here at Pentecost, it was just great, great food, very nicely presented, you sit well, the staff was very friendly, we would love to come back

Yesterday we were there for the first time with our club in the large hall. I was very happy because the journey wasn't quite as complicated and long as it was to the previous restaurant and when I heard that there was decent German cuisine, I was also very pleased. But it can't be that we only had two dishes to choose from from the extensive menu that was displayed outside! That's just not possible, I wanted to have a small farmer's breakfast from the “small hunger” department and that simply wasn't available. In the end I had to take a (large) schnitzel, which I didn't really want - because I needed something to bite into.That's typical: Innkeepers promise everything they can to get such a big event with over 50 people, then the service is reduced because once everyone is there, no one will leave... impudence.Maybe because I said something, maybe out of a fit, the following happened:I waited a full hour for my small beer - then I got a large beer as compensation - which isn't wrong, but I had to pay for the large beer later - so it wasn't compensation. Apart from the fact that the woman tried to convince me it was my second beer and a hunting mate had to jump in and tell her, “Well, you know that he just waited an hour for the beer, so this is his first beer!” was that also very disappointing...

There were 8 of us and we spontaneously decided to have lunch. It was no problem getting a seat for the 8 of us, even though the restaurant was busy. The service was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. We'd love to come back.

Have eaten there several times. Food tastes very good. Prices for a village pub were way too high and the amount on the plate was halved. Of course it's very noticeable if you know the old prices and the amount on the plate from before. A pity. I only know such a relationship in holiday areas, in high season. We won't go there anymore. It's a shame... but I think we won't be the only ones.

Extremely nice service, even available for a joke. Food was very good, definitely recommended. Ambience outside was very good, but the dining room with its loving decoration is a gem. Thank you for letting us be there. Family P. and W.

We made a stop on the way back from our Baltic Sea vacation. We were welcomed very friendly and had a delicious meal in the evening. A very nice inn with guesthouse. So it is definitely recommended, it is definitely worth it. Roland Wiesener and Annette Leschke
