Great location with a beautiful view. The owners are super nice, very responsive and helped us out for any missing equipment that we had (you can call and ask them for a tent or...) . There are 3 wooden platforms that you can put up your tent on, one restroom and one open-fire grill. There is bit of hike (ascend) from the parking location to the campsite but it takes less than 15 minutes. From there you can also have a good hike through the forest to the lake.

This place is incredible. Rustic but with good reason. I couldn’t rate this location any better.

Except for the motorbikes, it was very quiet, even at night. Unfortunately we had to leave one night early because it had been raining almost all day. The platforms are very beautiful. If you have 2 tents, I recommend the platform without an integrated table. You can also set up benches made from a wooden box there.

Wonderful place to camp! Everything was clear in terms of parking, location, operation of the fire pit, toilet,... The platforms are large enough and have a nice view. All necessities were present. A small downside was the ecological toilet for which there were no wood chips, so this gave off a bad smell. Other than that I can only recommend this place, we had a wonderful time there.

A great experience, something different than camping. Almost alone location. There are 3 platforms for around €20 per night. Plus a toilet. Beautifully laid out. Unfortunately we couldn't use the campfire due to the weather. There were also great benches at the spot.A big disadvantage or advantage is the location. It's a very steep climb from the parking lot. It is very strenuous to carry the tent and things up.It would be desirable to have a parking space at the top of the camp or for loading and unloading.

great camp. right in nature with a beautiful view. It's a bit of a walk from the platforms to the car, but that doesn't bother you at all. You can go hiking in the area. highly recommended

What a beautiful natural place. We are very grateful that someone created such a place and that we were allowed to stay here. We would like to come again. The Glaswaldsee is worth seeing and the waterfall nearby is refreshing. On the last day we treated ourselves to breakfast. That was plenty for the price, considering that he had to come by and later pick up the dishes, basket, thermos, etc. and wash them again. It was very kind of him. Thank you again.

Pretty steep walk to the platform, first day was very nice and sunny, we had fun. It rained heavily at night when we were there. The rain continued until the next day. We were also bundled up in the rain and everything got wet. But it's still a nice experience and memory.

A beautifully located camp in the middle of the forest, wonderful! The view is great and you have real peace and quiet there. Not far from the camp there is a spring from which we drew water (we filtered it). There are various “food baskets” that you can book. Since I only sleep with a sleeping mat and tent, it was easy to set up.For tents you should have pegs with barbs with you, otherwise setting them up will be a bit difficult. A tarp can be tensioned quite easily. We stayed on platform 2.There was a misunderstanding when booking, but the operator resolved it quickly and well.We hardly had any problems with crane flies (mid-June).We will be back definitely!

This is truly a beautiful place to stay! You secure your tent with wooden sticks in the slots on the platform. At night, small lights show the way. to show. The view is fantastic (I had 1st place highest, tip) in the middle of nature gives the wild camp feeling. no running water, but a compost toilet (works very well with disinfectant and toilet paper!) And absolutely great: the breakfast! everything a biker needs. The owner is really super friendly and has good tips about forestry in the area.
