Very quiet location, 3 km from the beach and harbor in Baltrum and there is also a dog beach.

Per:- Parking spaces right in front of the front door and around the corner- large holiday apartment (No. 7) on the upper/attic floor)- a few restaurants and cafés within walking distance, as well as a supermarket and a bakeryCons:- Dead insects in the corners everywhere, you should clean them thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner- Stains on the turns that should be painted over- 2 tables and 2 chairs on the balcony, the weld on one chair was broken and should be disposed of/replaced- No shelves in the shower or by the sink- Ancient, forged, broken mirror cabinet with cracks in the glass and broken, sharp-edged corners. Please be sure to dispose of it and install something new!- Roller blind in the children's room was broken and could not be repaired in just a few steps because it was broken. Please replace it urgently, otherwise it will simply be too bright to sleep- Insert in the refrigerator door broke off and was lying loose in the refrigerator, therefore limited space, please replace!- no welcome folder, just a few brief information- There is no drying rack for hanging up wet clothes, etc- Salt and rinse aid in the dishwasher are empty and there are no replacements available- no smoke alarms installed - is that still legally allowed?All in all, the apartment should be thoroughly cleaned, painted and broken things should be repaired or replaced.

The apartment was clean, beds made, view out of the terrace onto a large lawn and fields behind it. Nice! Unfortunately, the patio furniture was dirty and there are no cushions. Dishes are just enough for two people, but unfortunately there are few cooking utensils and some things are missing for daily cooking. We didn't find any trash cans, so we leave the trash cans full when we leave. Unfortunately there was also no broom or vacuum cleaner. Beds were good, bathrooms clean and modern.

Located directly on a thoroughfare.But we hardly noticed anything about it.Very nice staff at the breakfast buffet.All rooms are new.There was an unpleasant smell in one apartment, like water damage.We were given a bit of a discount on the rent.

I found the apartment very nicely decorated. I felt very comfortable

Price performance is good

Everything was great!!! Apartment No. 8 is very nice, clean and modern, furnished with everything you need. View from the terrace very idyllic. Parking right in front of the front door, what more could you want. Breakfast was varied and lovingly prepared. The two ladies in particular were always friendly and warm to us at all times. We'd love to come back.
