The breakfast was very plentiful and good. The hostel is in a quiet place. The room was spacious and can accommodate more luggage. The city of Jena is not far either.

We stayed in the double room, 5, under the roof for one night for 85 euros (payable exclusively in cash). Unfortunately we were totally disappointed with the price-performance ratio. A simple room decor is fine, but there was no storage space or a place to hang clothes. The suitcase had to be placed in the open hallway and served. In comparison, our friends had only paid 65 euros per night for two nights and much better facilities in a double room with kitchenette and separate sleeping-living area, decent shower.This pricing policy is incomprehensible to us.When we said goodbye, we expressed these criticisms personally to the staff and asked them to be passed on to the landlord.We do not recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful little guesthouse in a prime location. Great starting point for hiking on the Saalehorizontale. Breakfast is absolutely sufficient and the landlords are super nice. Very suitable for allergy sufferers as no animals are allowed (plus points).

This is the second time we have used the holiday apartment and its garden for a big celebration.Tables and benches were kindly provided to us and the grill was even perfectly prepared so that we could start immediately. Landlords are very friendly and open to any questions. The apartment and rooms are large and clean and the beds are very comfortable. We were never turned away with any question, we were always helped with a smile and a kind word! At the first celebration (5 years ago now) we were even allowed to move into the breakfast room at short notice when it started to rain.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner's mother, the room was cozy, spacious and clean. The breakfast was rich, the large garden was a nice end to the evening. The whole village is very friendly.

The reception was friendly. We were shown everything. The holiday apartment is modernly furnished and nothing is missing, everything was clean and tidy.Since we like to try breakfast coffees, we only had breakfast once in the guesthouse.The guesthouse is in a quiet location.You can comfortably cycle the way to Jena through meadows and fields.A nice starting point to explore Weimar and Erfurt.Thanks to the landlords.
