Very incompetent staff who cannot take the wishes of the guests into account. Furthermore, what was agreed upon beforehand is not adhered to, so you have to look for new opportunities on a daily basis. I wished it was different.

3 stars for the atmosphere on the Weser, 4 for the very friendly service, but actually nothing for the cook/kitchen, although there are some nice dishes on the menu. Unfortunately everything has the same "burnt" taste. Sorry, a little more effort in the kitchen and the shop will be up and running again. And the tip is to walk around your own area with your eyes open, a lot of things could be removed or refreshed. You don't have to get the "DekoQueen" right away.

The location of the control room directly on the water is quite appealing. The food less. The 'Matjes-Hausfrauen-Art' was, apart from the fact that the portions were quite manageable, very salty. The fried potatoes were incredibly greasy. As soon as a potato wedge was picked up with a fork, it left a small 'lake of fat' behind. Not exactly what I imagined. And just because the potato wedges had a 'crispy surface', which comes from burning in the pan, they by no means deserve the name fried potatoes.The white wine we ordered, a Vino Verde, was undrinkable. The fresh, fruity and slightly tangy character of this wine was completely gone. A restaurateur should know that if wines are left open for too long, they rapidly lose their flavor and finesse.Please - if you don't have the knowledge, just serve bottled beer.

Nice little place to stay and relax. Well located on the Weser cycle path. A very quiet place, without much traffic. The service is also top. Have been here several times and have always received friendly and quick service. We never had to wait long for our drinks or food. Absolutely top location

Beer garden is right on the Weser, great location. Room wasn't very clean and the drain in the shared shower in the shared bathroom was quite blocked.

The ambience of the restaurant and beer garden is great! Food was very tasty: had the trout 😊Unbeatable location directly on the Weser, surrounded by many beautiful old trees!Unfortunately, 2 points deducted for the rooms: a bit old, no TV, shared bathroom and toilet not entirely clean😔What I would like to highlight is the young man who runs the service... nice, courteous, motivated, he is worth more than five points!!!Unfortunately there is no suitable nighttime shelter for bicycles!

The food tastes great, the service is quick, the location is right on the Weser, that's nice.The rooms are okay, but I think the price is too high. The sanitary rooms are not particularly clean and the shower was cold and the drain seemed clogged.I would come back at any time to eat, but not to sleep.

We've already been there twice by bike last year, so now we're doing it again. It's nice to sit in the beer garden on the Weser. The drinks came quickly and the staff were very helpful. You had to be disgusted by the menu. Paper pages with various stains. We still ordered the salad with turkey breast strips and the pork medallions. The salad came with a mountain of lettuce, almost only radicchio, and 2 pieces each of tomato, cucumber and radish. Also with wilted parsley. There were plenty of delicious turkey breast strips. The pork medallions were definitely simple neck steaks. You probably thought that you wouldn't recognize them under the scalloped tomatoes. Unfortunately, the friendly waitress couldn't answer the question as to whether these were medallions. Still paid full price.Conclusion: Very nice for a drink with a view, but the food is available elsewhere.
