Unfortunately the hotel closes at the end of the season. We booked it through Social Deal. For 2 nights/hp 138 € (2 people) it was great. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, the rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly.

I spent three nights inthis hotel. It is located away from the city surrounded by nature. Spacious room, clean, bright, good bedding. A bit dated setting. The bathroom was new. The breakfast was very good, a nice variety of cold meats and cheeses. . The evening meal was delicious. The small village of Lennestadt is 3 km away. I recommend this place. In addition, the bosses are very friendly.Ps: The wifi is capricious, but on the ground floor or outside there is a way to connect.

Owners were friendly. Outdated ambiance, no WiFi in the rooms, mediocre in the restaurant. Unfortunately no fruit for breakfast, meats and cheese etc. uncovered, not hygienic.Beds were way too soft.

An aging house that definitely needs to be repaired here and there. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable there. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful and prepared with love. Not a five star restaurant, but something for everyone and good, German home cooking. We enjoyed it. I would particularly like to mention the staff. They try very hard to ensure that their guests have a good time. And you can do it too! Thanks for that.

Very friendly welcome by the host. Dated hotel without elevator with spacious, clean (bath)room and a cozy beer garden in a rural area with many opportunities for cycling/walking tours. Sufficient choice at breakfast, excellent dinner (3 courses, daily choice of 3 main menus, meat, fish and vegetarian) for a very reasonable price. In our opinion, a more than excellent price/quality ratio. Extremely friendly staff. Recommended!Please book directly with the hotel.

Had a nice week in the beautiful Sauerland, had a delicious meal and slept wonderfully in a spacious room at Landhotel Gödeke. Dog was welcome. Highly recommended for people who like to walk.

I don't know how many times I've been there.Whenever I need a little break from everyday stress, I go there. And that has been the case for years.I'm completely satisfied.Except for the WiFi.But that's probably part of the time out 😉

Had a very nice stay. Friendly service, delicious 3-course menu, daily choice of meat, fish or vegetarian. Spacious and clean rooms. Ideal location for walking or cycling in nature.The A8 walk is nearby and very beautiful!Dog friendly!

We stayed here for 8 days and it is a wonderfully quiet area, the hotel is simple but clean and tidy, WiFi only downstairs in the dining/bar area (sometimes nice, especially if the range is not optimal 😉) very nice host, simple food (GVA) but very tasty! There are walking and cycling options from the hotel and there is a booklet with cycling routes, the Biggesee is about half an hour away by car. We enjoyed it immensely!

The hotel is very old. The carpet in the room had stains and it wasn't particularly clean in general. Lots of dust and cobwebs, as well as mold in the bathroom. Condition of the furniture... well.The WiFi promised on the homepage only works in the guest room and not in the rooms.The only plus points were the breakfast and the friendly staff.

Had three nights here and really enjoyed it. Very large clean room.Breakfast was very good and dinner very tasty. A good cook. The surroundings are beautiful.We will definitely come back next year.

Room was not cleaned adequately on two days, not at all, breakfast buffet no fruit and vegetables, staff very friendly but only one employee and she worked from morning to night both at the counter and in the kitchen
