Absolutely incompetent and unfriendly!! Nothing like this has ever happened to me in my life! How you can behave like that and treat guests like that is a mystery to me!I would very much like to give this no star at all!But one after anonther!I had stayed at the hotel two or three years ago. Since everything was fine at the time, I thought I would ask if there were two rooms available for my colleague and I.The accessibility is extremely modest! I had to try it several times over the phone.Time: 2:38 p.mThe operator still has two rooms available. All right, I'll take that. When it came to arrival, the operator became skeptical as to whether it was the right decision to allocate the rooms to us. I said I couldn't say for sure yet. My colleague and I are very busy at work (service for agricultural machinery) the days are often very long and the locations can vary quickly. Now, because of the late arrival, I should send the company address and name to the operator by email so that he can prepare the invoice.Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response after my email and then called the operator again.Time: 6:31 p.mAgain, the arrival time played a big role and I couldn't actually give him an exact time, but I gave him the range between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.As luck would have it, we left a little too late to get to the hotel; the arrival time would have been at 9:15 p.m. I wanted to call again and let them know that we were on our way but we were 15 minutes late.Time: 9:02 p.mWhat follows now actually left me speechless!! (Unfortunately, Google policies don't allow me to reproduce the operator's correct choice of words) Instead of answering with his name, the operator answered the call: "Are you kidding me!" I said I just wanted to let you know that we wouldn't be arriving until 9:15 p.m. because unfortunately we didn't leave earlier. He interrupted me: "Are you deserted by all good spirits, first 8:00 p.m. then 8:30 p.m. and then 9:00 p.m. that doesn't work, you boy probably think you can be kidding me, we're not a hotel here but a guest house, I won't be kidded, then there won't be a room, sleep outside!" I was a bit taken aback and wanted to explain the situation to him, but he repeated again that we should sleep outside and ended the phone call.As already written, unfortunately I cannot write the operator's much unfriendly and offensive choice of words here because of the guidelines.I don't think I need to write more about what the mood was like when we had to look for a hotel room at 9 p.m.!

I'm here for work and can't complain. Getting a room and checking in quickly and spontaneously worked wonderfully. I spoke to the operator myself, super funny and down-to-earth man!

I slept there for a few nights, but the owner and the cleaner enter the room without knocking. They entered my room twice without knocking, even though there was a "do not disturb" sign hanging there, maybe they thought I wasn't in the room, but they should have at least knocked before entering.

I have rarely been so disappointedfrom a hotel and especially from the operator.Even before my stay, I couldn't reach anyone at the hotel. I tried several times to get through by phone. The appearance of the hotel is okay - it is clean. But there are no toiletries or soap. But the biggest disappointment is the customer service! I forgot my cell phone in the room and didn't realize it until I was driving. Again no one was available. After contacting me by email, I received a call back hours later and asked for the cell phone to be sent to me. The operator denied this several times - he wouldn't have time until next week at the earliest. So I had to drive 450km back to the hotel just to get my phone.

Checking in around 8 p.m. doesn't seem to be reasonable for the operator.Suddenly the gentleman on the phone remembered that he was fully booked when he heard the arrival time.

Rooms are getting old. There were stains on the mattress protector and the curtain was torn out. Unfortunately, sleeping after the night shift is impossible. Not recommended. B. Bösing
