Unfortunately, the property is in poor maintenance. Examples include a refrigerator that closes poorly, defective fittings in the kitchen and toilet, and gutters that can no longer drain away rainwater. The cleanliness condition was also not good. The hob and all dishes and cooking utensils first had to be cleaned. Cobwebs and defective lamps, squeaky doors and contaminated sites on the terrace first had to be placed on the side in a childproof manner. Too bad!

We as a family (2 adults, 3 children (13, 8, 5), 2 dogs) are on vacation here for the second time. The Goosmann family welcomes guests with a warm attitude. The yard is very spacious and overgrown, which we really like. The children can play outside all day long, run around, ride horses, explore the forest and much more.The houses are simply kept, which is completely sufficient because you do your activities outside and spend little time in the house during the day. The facilities are rustic and cozy in a positive sense. The highlight for the riders among us is of course the freely accessible horses. The children get their pony, saddle up and prepare themselves and then ride off. Either wild on riding trails or simply on the riding arena. The other highlight is the riding lesson with Meike Goosmann. This spirited, expressive woman has hair on her teeth. The riding lessons are so amusing that you always have something to laugh about. The training, the horses know what Meike means, are perfect for horse and rider. Once Meike gets going, no one will stop her. Totally classy. Then there is a barbecue evening together which is really great. Cozy together with a beer, heather potatoes and roast, with small talks, simply wonderful. If you want nature, open conversations, fields and meadows, horses, you have to go here.

We spent a week at the Weinberghof this summer and look back on our vacation very positively.The farm is in a super idyllic location and is a safe paradise for children, so the children can safely run around the property and discover something on every corner.At the same time, the residential units are still so “separated” by plants that you can have a lot of privacy – if you want that…The little houses with kitchenettes, bathrooms, bedrooms etc. are more of a suitable nighttime accommodation - the action takes place on and around the farm - there is really all sorts of things to explore here!Mrs. Goosmann (I'll definitely be prosecuted for her siezen :D) is the good soul of this farm, together with her family, who can always be found here and there, the holiday farm gets its good-natured heart.The barbecue evening was a GREAT thing and is a MUST, both for us adults and for the children - the children quickly make friends on this farm, with whom they then enjoy exploring the farm on their own and they blossom at the barbecue evening with a campfire Children really wake up again.It wasn't surprising to us that when we talked to the other guests, we often heard the following statements: "We've been coming here for years" - "Holidays for the children" really sums it up.See you at some point, and a big thank you!….. “Country Roooooooaaaaaaaads, take me home..” …. *Goose flesh*

....and another vacation comes to an end...If you want luxury, you've come to the wrong place and should go to a 5 star accommodation...But if you're looking for peace, cosiness, friendliness and a love of nature, you've come to the right place...We are here for the second time now and felt very comfortable with our 2 dogs...The houses are simply and certainly getting old, but everything you need for everyday life is there.If something is missing, you can let us know at any time, the landlords are always on site.We would like to thank you for the warm welcome with a bottle of sparkling wine.We will definitely come back a third time.Keep it upMichael, Michaela, Walker & Emy

Not recommended!!....unless you're into that kind of shabby style...We stayed there in the Heidkate cottage for a week; It has a nice little plot of land, nice tall trees, but this makes a large part of the house very dark inside, especially the ground floor room to the north; Here you couldn't close the door to the room, simply because the door plate was missing (!!); There is no shower curtain in the bathroom (which would be easy to install), so the bathroom is basically constantly wet because no sunlight comes in;In addition, there was a crack in the sink in the separate toilet, which was then replaced during our time, so another half day of construction work;The worn out table on the terrace would also be a bit embarrassing for me as a landlord...When we arrived, the stairs in the house were visibly not cleaned;and it was certainly the most substandardly equipped kitchen that I have found in holiday homes;The head of the farm acts as a riding instructor and has this. certainly their skills, the prices for this, as well as for running the horses themselves, are rather cheap;But when a horse didn't follow instructions during a riding lesson and a girl fell off her horse, she didn't see it as a priority to ask whether something had happened to the girl; Instead, the horse was whipped several times in front of all the children (and adults) and loudly threatened with the butcher...When I left I expressed my dissatisfaction and the final cleaning was not charged for it... at least a gesture, but after a few weeks the €660 for the week seems to me to be significantly too high in view of the inadequacies described;the environment itself is a beautiful corner

I still remember it from my childhood. And have only the best memories. You shouldn't expect luxury but you really have everything you need. It is an ideal place for kids to move freely. And there are great leisure activities nearby. And the price-performance ratio is simply gigantic. The Goosmann-Hofferbert family is warm and just super nice. It's great that you exist. We come back every year. Just like in my childhood, I want to enable my twins to develop freely.

We were there and very disappointed, the photos on the homepage must be at least 20 years old. It is very run down, the playground doesn't deserve this name, all (!) play equipment is broken or overgrown with plants and this is during the high season. We didn't find a single bobby car on the “bobby car racing track” that had four tires and handlebars. The holiday apartment was clean and we had expected it to be simple and can do that as campers, but it was really so old and uncomfortable, there were forgotten dog toys under the sofa bed.For children, when they are older and there is no risk of injury, it is honestly nice because they are so free. That was our idea for this vacation. You can “just like that” take the horses out of the paddock and set off with them. Sounds great, and it certainly is - but we were surprised that the owners don't check who is handling the horses and how.We imagined something completely different and went outside a lot because we were so disappointed.The potential of the facility is there, but it would not only have to be renovated but also renovated.A plus point: the landlords were really nice.

I would describe the overall package as “it works”. The location and location is a total plus point. However, when you go into the houses the impression becomes a little cloudy.Everything is clean but the houses are very old. Electric heaters that only heat up after hours and then immediately so that you get a dry mouth (level 1!)The television is as big as an old Samsung tablet, anyone who knows the bathrooms from the GDR times will find themselves there really quickly.The smell in the house has strong similarities to grandma's basement.

Great holiday farm for the kids. Here you can move freely, let off steam and develop freely. It's also very relaxing for the parents, as the children are "on the go" almost all day. There are daily riding lessons for little (and even bigger) horse lovers. It's also great that they can and must lend a hand. The owners are very nice and wholehearted.Since we were only guests here with our children, who have been vacationing here for years, we were only there for a few hours - mostly for our granddaughter's riding lessons. We had a lovely and entertaining time there. Gladly again.

We would like to thank you for, once again, a wonderful holiday with the highlight of being able to experience a fox hunt.The refuge (house number 11) will probably not be our favorite holiday home (but we were spoiled from our first holiday in the holiday apartment), and we were also at loggerheads with the night storage heater, but it was just great.We were warmly welcomed again, invited to fox hunting and a horse was found for me - Herbert was great to ride.We are already looking forward to our vacation next year.
