We booked through Mydays. Everything went smoothly, including on site. Mr. Küsel was extremely nice. And yes, you should definitely be open to camping. We liked it very much. An amazing look and indescribable when the sun kisses you awake in the morning. Or in the evening on the terrace in the moonlight.

Mega idyll. Unique.. But you have to be a camper for this. Otherwise it will quickly become too dirty.

My wife gave me an overnight stay on the house raft via Mydays. Since we have a long journey, we booked an additional night. The extension actually worked quite well via email and telephone. However, the website states that extensions for MyDays customers cost €79.90. Suddenly we were told the price was €94.90. The answer we received was that it included additional costs and breakfast. Pretty steep...When we arrived on the houseboat, the first impression was ok. But then took a closer look. It was impossible to stay on the deck above because the fabric on the seats was torn apart. According to information from Mr. This would have happened to Küsel the day before. But you could see from the cobwebs that this had been defective for a long time. Access to the deck was only possible via painter's ladder. There was no fixed ladder to hold on to.Everything seemed to be OK inside. Then it was explained to us that you could wash your hands in the small bathroom, but not for too long as the wastewater ran into a bucket under the basin. The same in the kitchen. Our question about where to put the wastewater was answered: simply pour it into the lake. Hello??? Wastewater into the lake and then go swimming in it again? Are these still remnants from the GDR era?For small "business" there is a camping toilet. But you have to be very flexible. 30cm above the ground...The bed is a complete disaster. A bed from 160cm to 170cm made by myself. The mattress was sagging and only 140cm wide. The remaining 30cm was filled with simple foam. No rust, just a simple wooden plate with no ventilation option. Mr. Küsel asked about the mattress: it is new and was only bought in March. If we don't like the bed, we should sleep on the couch in the living room. The attached bid shows that it is already ancient. Also completely messed up.From the houseboat into the water? There is a ladder on the houseboat that you should place in the water. No boat ladder as is common on boats. Electrical cables are even in the water. Safety is a top priority hereThe breakfast, well. The coffee was drinkable. The rolls were baked rolls from a discount store. Plus the sausage (already started) and the cheese from the cheap discounter variety. The peace and the view of Lake Plauer made up for it. Sit outside in the evening, have a drink and enjoy the peace and the starry sky.But those were the only plus points. I also submitted my review directly on the homepage. But since the Lord didn't like it, he simply deleted it. This is a great way to avoid negative reviews. That's why I'm publishing it here.

We stayed overnight in the Hausfloss, rented through Maydays. The owner gave us a very friendly welcome and explained his house raft to us. The raft is located exclusively in the harbor and you can use the campsite facilities. (which by the way looks very well maintained) Overnight stays booked via Maydays can last up to 2! years ahead!! The landlord has no influence on this. The house raft is self-made. It is equipped with a small kitchen and television. A sofa bed takes up almost the entire room. A sun deck and a small terrace offer a great view over the lake. However, the raft is already very worn out.
