One star is still too many. The room is dirty - mold in the entire bathroom, a sagging and dirty mattress. Upon request, this was exchanged for a narrower one, as there is apparently no replacement mattress in the same size. The breakfast...the staff seemed very, to put it discreetly, unmotivated. The coffee from the thermos was lukewarm...This flophouse is everything but a hotel.

I paid 81 euros for an overnight stay with breakfast. This was significantly overpriced. You can see the years in the rooms, the cleanliness needs improvement and the renovation backlog is obvious. Around 60 euros would be a reasonable price.

I called the hotel late in the afternoon around 6 p.m. and asked for a room. I was assured that I would get a room if I arrived by 8 p.m. I ended up being there at 7 p.m. - but no one was there. I waited for an hour but no one was there even at 8 p.m. My calls were also not responded to. In the end, I arrived for absolutely nothing and had to spontaneously look for other accommodation. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Old hotel, breakfast not enough choice, no fresh fruit, no bread. Room stinks of cigarette smoke. Price-performance ratio is definitely not right. 👎🤔

A hotel from the 60s that has just been extensively renovated. We initially had problems with our room and were immediately assigned a new room by the nice staff. This was newly renovated. The hotel is currently being renovated and some rooms still have older furnishings, as does the breakfast room. But you can tell there's a lot of love in it.The owners have integrated reading corners with a variety of books and comics. Our room was still missing toothbrush cups and curtains, but I think this will be added soon.If you have patience and understanding for a small hotel, I can only recommend it.Our room had:Table with chairBed2 armchairshairdryerbalconySmart TV👍🏻👍🏻

Since so many negative reviews have already been given, I would like to say something positive: the weather was the best!

Despite mentioning on the site, there is no restaurant. Furthermore, a very sparse reception, and I was put in a room that seemed to come from the 1950s. It is indicated that rooms have been recently renovated, but I wonder where. The whole thing looks more like an old apartment complex of East German origin to me, which is now used as a "Hotel". Photos on the various booking sites and our own website do not match reality.Breakfast was in another part of the building, sparse and measured. And a hefty price is asked for that.

Hotel room was okay, cleanliness wasn't good, carpet had a big stain on it, shower wasn't clean especially in the cracks, otherwise it was okay. Spontaneously got another room. Price was okay. Shopping is just around the corner.
