The inn is located directly on the Rothaarsteig, not far from the Siegquelle.Ideal for a rest on the hike. In addition to clean, comfortable rooms, you can also eat very well here. Here you will be served a rich, very tasty meal by a friendly, lovely staff.Thank you very much for that.

There is one star for the location on the terrace, it is very quiet there.Unfortunately, the innkeeper, who was hard of hearing, was anything but friendly; he probably felt disturbed while reading the newspaper. No wonder no one was there either. We actually wanted to eat something there, but for the reasons mentioned above, we decided at short notice to go to Lahnhof instead...

We've been there several times now without staying overnight. Super nice operators entice you with very tasty food. Everything just fit. We'll be back because of that 5 stars for service and location. Even the old charm of the inventory in the inn is reminiscent of childhood and fits.

Beautiful country inn in the immediate vicinity of the Siegquelle. Friendly service, beautiful beer garden behind the house and down-to-earth food at fair prices. The short detour from the Rothaarsteig is worth it.
