We have now spent our vacation there for the third time and are planning our fourth visit. We feel very comfortable on the farm and are always happy to be able to see over the farm and the forest in the morning. Real farming is still practiced on this farm, so the cows are not just for children's entertainment. Nevertheless, the Dingeldey family is very informative, you can learn a lot and come into close contact with the animals (sometimes the children are also involved). In addition to cows, there are rabbits (you can visit the rabbits in the enclosure during the day), horses, pigs, cats and a farm dog. Our children feel so comfortable on the farm that they sometimes go on our excursions (here you can also do great things with children such as summer toboggan run, trolley track, sea of rocks, bird of prey observatory - our highlights, but there are even more such as mountain zoo, miniature worlds, changing events, hikes in the forest, etc.) had to be persuaded. We parents spend a relaxing time on the farm because the children can entertain themselves so well there. The apartment is also great: comfortable and well-kept. If requested, the Dingeldey family can drive to the bakery in the morning and provide the guests with delicious rolls. We are already looking forward to next summer!PS: I just read that a reviewer wrote that the farm is right on the street. There are two houses. One is further back from the road. There are very few cars on the “main street”. We don't notice anything from the street in our vacation apartments or when strolling across the yard.

We went to the Dingeldey holiday farm for a short break and only regretted one thing: that we didn't stay longer! The farm is beautifully situated and the surrounding area is ideal for hiking and excursions - there are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area, so you won't miss anything. The holiday apartment was much larger than we had imagined, absolutely clean and so comfortable that you could practically feel at home. Although there were other families living all around, the apartment was pleasantly quiet. Our two-year-old daughter was blown away by all the play options - the highlight was definitely the trampolines. As parents, we sat next to us in a deck chair with a purring barn cat in our laps... idyllic! We would be happy to come back soon. Absolutely recommended!

This is how we imagine a farm: ||Dogs, cats, chickens, cows, horses - everything you can touch, walk around everywhere. rural, playground for children, mud, running around||And that's exactly how it was :)||There are …

We arrived at the farm and were totally disappointed right from the start. The farm is right on the main road. This wasn't apparent in all the reviews or on the homepage, which I actually looked through carefully. Apart from the farmer himself, everyone was relatively unfriendly and some of them didn't even say hello. The apartment itself was absolutely fine. Sleeping was terrible because the mattresses were rock hard. But the worst thing was we booked a holiday on a small children's farm. There were tools distributed everywhere in the cowshed, medicines. All the play equipment, such as trampoline slide vehicles, were all completely broken. It was almost impossible to drive the vehicles. Without hurting yourself. The trampolines were an absolute disaster. The net around the outside is completely off and a lot of extinguishers fall on the trampoline jump. The cows are only in the cowshed and not in the pasture as described in pictures and are not brought to the pasture. You are in this modern cowshed all day. The only thing the children had fun with was the rabbit hutch, which wasn't really clean either. Totally disappointed with the holiday and can't understand all the positive reviews at all and the pictures and descriptions on the homepage and on Facebook are totally outdated and should really be revised. And also who checks that they are certified for toddlers farm. That simply can't be the case.

Great farm for children. They were allowed to take part in the daily work and, if necessary, help out, depending on their ability. A large number of rides were available to the children. It is a large area with lots of play equipment. Various food and drinks were available. The farm ice cream is particularly noteworthy here. But yoghurt and canned sausage are also highly recommended. Bread service was available. We spent a few lovely days there. The apartment was very clean and everything that was needed was there. All in all, a well-rounded affair👍👍👍

We were guests of the Dingeldey family from April 1st, 2023 to April 8th, 2023. We started our vacation on the family farm completely overwhelmed by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. We were welcomed very warmly and even had a huge chocolate bunny as a welcome gift on the dining table. After a short introduction to what was happening on the farm, we were able to move around completely freely with our children. The hayloft was perfect for playing and feeding the calves in the evening became an evening ritual. Ralf Dingeldey explained his processes to the children with the patience of an angel and let every child help. That was a great experience.Every day the children's vehicles, which were available for free use, were used and a group of children developed who enjoyed their time together. The question of a fire bowl didn't remain open for long and was immediately organized and even filled with wood. The morning bread roll service is super relieving. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday and left feeling very refreshed.

Everything was great, bread service. Negatively, the children were not offered any activities with the farm animals, although some things could be done upon request. Otherwise very child-friendly with space and freedom to play with a petting zoo. All in all, it was a really great holiday for the 7 of us visitors. Thank you

Beautiful farm! Fresh country air😉🤭! You can help feed the calves! You can watch the dairy cows being milked by the milking system! You can drink fresh cow's milk! Rabbits and guinea pigs also enjoy grass, dandelions, carrots, cucumbers, etc.! The cats like to be petted, sometimes they also want to play, be careful - they bite and scratch too! Unfortunately we didn't see the big dog Benny that often! The chickens are happy about eggshells! There are 2 refrigerators in one room, filled with drinks, butter, eggs, yoghurt, ice cream, canned sausages...etc. You can help yourself there, but please write down what you took - it will be billed at the end of your holiday! There are 2 trampolines, 2 slides, a double swing and many vehicles to drive - but unfortunately they are no longer in good shape, 3 wooden horses - from small to large, there are grills for grilling sausages and a fire bowl for e.g. B. Make stick bread! Our holiday apartment was nice, everything you needed was there! There is an Aldi in Reichelsheim where you can, for example, B. You can buy toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and groceries, there is a bread roll service - every day by 5 p.m. you should have your bread roll order ready and put it in a can and the bread rolls will be on your doorstep around 8 a.m.!Unfortunately, the restaurants nearby have strange opening times - they are closed for many days!
