Anyone who vacations here feels as if they are visiting friends. We were warmly welcomed and had a great weekend. We are not a quiet group, we sing, laugh and dance, none of that is a problem here. The rooms are small but everything here is very clean. The food was suitable for our activities (covered wagon ride is recommended). An unforgettable short vacation during which we learned a lot about wine. THANKS

Mr. Graß is an incredibly rude person and customer service is obviously a complete stranger to him.Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience and cannot in good conscience recommend the Ellernhof winery to anyone.

Good, down-to-earth wines and a friendly family of winemakers. Some wines surprised me quite positively. I will soon be replenishing my wine inventory with wine from Ellernhof.Nice wagon rides through the vineyards are offered, the rooms are simple but nice and clean. Always my pleasure!

Very nice winery. Had a great and interesting covered wagon ride including wine tasting. Great dinner in the evening, very cozy atmosphere. Nice and clean rooms. Also very friendly hosts. We'd love to go back.

We held our class reunion at the Ellernhof for the second time. Most of the time we sat at the covered table in the courtyard, and one evening we sat in the hall for dinner and watching a video. A highlight is the new roof terrace, where you can chill out. A few steps from the winery begins a signposted hiking trail that leads through the vineyards and into the forest. It was a perfect weekend, which we mainly owe to the wonderful Grass family. We'd love to come back.

Very good WiFi!The small, cozy hotel is attached to a winery on the edge of a small town. For me as a city dweller, the nights here were very relaxing as it was almost silent at night.The family-run hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. As a bonus, you can taste and buy wine from the in-house winery.The breakfast buffet is pretty straightforward, but in my opinion it doesn't hurt the rating. 5 stars from me!
