A wonderfully restored building with a wonderful atmosphere and a very friendly welcome. We felt very comfortable. There was only one point in the breakfast, which had to be ordered separately, that didn't appeal to us: the home-baked rolls were difficult to eat.

Our stay in this charming, family-run inn was simply wonderful! The rooms have been restored with great attention to detail and combine historical charm with modern comfort. You immediately notice how much passion the hosts put into this place.Particularly noteworthy is the food – simply great! Every day we were treated to regional delicacies that were prepared with great skill and passion. The regional ingredients are fresh and great emphasis is placed on quality.The warmth of the hosts, the cozy atmosphere and the attentive service made our stay an unforgettable experience. The breakfast is legendary! Homemade jam and rolls that smell so wonderful and taste so incredibly delicious. Simply wonderful! We recommend a visit to the Bremen winery, which can be reached on foot. We felt completely at home and will definitely come back!Thank you for this wonderful time!

Absolutely recommended as a wedding venue! We were a group of 16 people and felt very, very comfortable. We had a very tasty 3-course menu, the food and especially the great wines and the cocktails (Sarti-Spritz!) were praised by all of our guests! We as the bride and groom were able to spend the night in the cozy holiday apartment and were able to enjoy a delicious a la carte breakfast in our room the next morning. Thank you for this beautiful and special day, best wishes to the whole team from the Black Lord and we will definitely see each other again soon! Bettina & Mathias

We had our golden wedding anniversary there last Saturdaycelebrated with family and friends. In itself a very nice hotel, nicely furnished room, but without television or radio. Owner seems to be accommodating. Breakfast only upon request, but unfortunately unaffordable. Coffee costs extra. No normal restaurant operations, food only at events. Unfortunately we couldn't test it because the kitchen wasn't open.

The service is excellent and professional. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and you can sleep peacefully and relaxed.Even though I had to get out early, I was served a generous, very lovingly prepared breakfast, consisting of various homemade rolls, homemade jam, various types of cheese and sausage.I felt very welcome and comfortable here and have already booked for the fall.This house is really an insider tip! 🤩

Tasteful rooms, in the evening we got onion cake and a bottle of wine for a very fair price and had the entire courtyard to ourselves. Wonderful! The breakfast is homemade and lovingly prepared. Very nice hostess. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed in this house for a weekend and we were completely satisfied. We were very impressed by the tastefully furnished rooms and the individual, excellent breakfast. A lot of emphasis was placed on regional and healthy basic products.The owners are very, very friendly and always look after the well-being of their guests. The restaurant was closed for renovations 3 weeks ago, but the owner is happy to cook very well if you wish.

On October 15th, 2022 I took part in the Fine Dinner here!Super great atmosphere, very polite and courteous staff! The food was excellent and attractively prepared. The price-performance ratio is great! I can recommend the Black Lord to anyone who likes good food and wants to enjoy a glass of wine in a great atmosphere!!!
