We have spent 2 nights with a ‘we are travel ‘ voucher, that has definitely saved our stay, as we have payed a fair price. Full price of 374 eu per night, that was offered us for an additional night is absolutely not worth it. this hotel is absolutely over priced in comparison to others hotels of this kind. Positive impressions: very nice staff, nice spa, good coffees, tasty dinner. Negative impression: too expensive for 14 sq m very simple room without air conditioning and without minibar, average bed , poor breakfast , poor dessert at dinner with extra fee for tiny cheese plate. Spa is very small and narrow. it was extremely full yesterday evening. In fact that was very stressful, as there was no free relax chair. I find it very hard to relax, when there are masses of people around on a narrow space. Besides timing is very stressful for spa hotel: checkout until 10:00. Dinner until 20:30. Spa is closed at 19:00

We def. enjoyed our stay at Jordan's Untermühle.We only stayed one night, but we can easily imagine staying longer. The grounds, service, atmosphere, and food were excellent.The rooms are only 4/5 stars: the bedroom and bathroom in our room (Traumblick) were divided by a sliding door that did not align with the wall, meaning there was always an opening of over 1 inch, and I prefer a door that can be fully closed.We stayed during the week - cheaper and less crowded - but wondering how packed the spa area is during the weekend......

Nice location, good amenities and friendly staff - but overpriced.Rooms are average with nice beds and without air conditioning; room service every second day. Spa is nice and the resort is quiet and spacious. Food is good, but not outstanding.All in all good, but prices are 20-30% too high across all services (rooms, food & beverages).

It's the perfect stay for a few relaxing days. The hotel is surrounded by nature but close to a small village with wineries. During the day you can go for a walk or a bike tour. Depending on where the wind comes from, you can hear the noises from a street a little further away but all in all it's a very calm and quiet place. The hotel offers breakfast until 11, small snacks between 14h and 16h and a delicious 3 course menu in the evening. The spa is great and includes several different rest areas. The staff was very friendly and the room was also very nice. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.

Value for money is no good…. , Hotel is nice and small, …but just good, if not fully booked!We were in the old part of the hotel (room no. 4) and this one is extremely small, no minibar, no aircondition., no real blinds. For ~380€ halfboard (2 pers.) by far much too expensive, esp. compared to “BollAnts” SPA hotel , 30 km away.The food is good, breakfast is ok , but less variant than in a typical business hotel (eg. NH).The SPA is nice with a great heated outdoor pool. It is difficult to get a lounge when the hotel is fully booked, most probably you need to sit at a table instead of relaxing on a lounge. Day guests somtimes flood the Spa as well, no good!The service is verry friendly !!If you decide for a treatment (massage) and you book in advance, you can‘t quit it on short notice (4 h before), in case you need to. Only way is to sell it to someone else or probably to pay a quitting-fee.All in all: the Right price would be at ~ 200€ Per day (2 pers. half board)

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Jordan’s Untermuehle. Read a book on the balcony with a nice view into the backyard, spoiled myself with a really nice treatment at the spa and just enjoyed doing nothing and eating well.Perfect place to chill and recharge. Will definitely come back!

Been there for the third time and would go back there any time. Fantastic Spa, large outdoor pool with nicely warm water, spacious saunas. Friendly and helpful staff who tries to solve all issues (e.g. change room, change appointment for Spa). Delicious food. quiet surroundings.
