The best place I was ever slept in Germany. Amazing owner, really helpfull. Great rooms, smart TV's in each one, fast WiFi.Great place, close to Hamburg, quite close to shore. Really nice lakes around. If You need place in this area, it's the best choice You could make.

My family stayed here for one night in one of the apartments. We are 4 persons and there were plenty of room for all of us. The apartment was really clean and looks newly upgraded.The breakfast was really a nice and pleasant experience. The owner took good care of us and served many different dishes.It is located only 5 minutes drive from the highway and 5 minutes from the big Outlet Center in Neumünster but at the same time in an absolutely quiet place.Our best recommendations for this place.

Our stay at Dorothea's was spot on!!Clear communication before arrival.Lovely room overlooking the garden and surrounding fields.Very comfortable beds with clean, quality bedding.Refurbished bathroom and tasteful touches make this a cut above your average B & B.The communal kitchen and dining area is very well thought out and very welcome to have full kitchen available, as we arrived late.Breakfast was a problem - It was so good we didn't want to leave!! Dorothea was present to explain some of the delicious dishes she had prepared including an amazing egg mayonnaise with spring onion and fruit and to share information about the local and homemade produce that graced the table. She is a very welcoming host and takes pride in people enjoying her beautiful home.We hope to visit again and would not hesitate to highly recommend this little Gem! It is less than 10 minutes off the A7 but a world away from the busy road and drudge of travelling.

Dorothea's was perfect!!! It was very clean, the rooms were bright and the gardens marvelous. But the best part was the owner Dorothea!! She welcomed us with open arms, she took care of our friend who wasn't feeling well and offered us a fantastic breakfast!!! We definitely recommended Dorothea's!!! We will go back!!💖 from Canada!!!

Beautiful countrysite located bed and breakfast. When we arrived Dorothea was there to welcome us. She is a lovely hostess who speaks good English. Breakfast was extensive. We enjoyed our short stay! Good value for money.

Was there for work, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the breakfasts were delicious. I happened to forget my phone charger, but no problem! Dorothea had a charger for every kind of phone for just such an occasion.

This b&b is outstanding! A wonderful place there where you would not expect it. Good food, a hospitable owner, appartements with a lot of space and a nice garden with a beautiful view over the fields. We went from Almere Holland to Silkeborg Denmark and back and it was the perfect stop. Dorothea lots of luck! Hope to come by again some time in the future.

What a nice place to stay! Very friendly people. Build on trusting people.
A peacefull place with view on a farmersland. A beautiful garden with a big pons, hen house and friendly dogs. Enough parkingspace next to the accomodation. Simple but fine breakfast with eggs from the chickens.

The perfect place for a night or 2 - near Neumunster. Nice place - very nice threatment - fantastic food, and Dorothea is the ideal "hostess". Quiet sourroundings, nice garden and spacious rooms. Very good eating on the local "Gasthaus" - good food - low prices.
