We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and even though we were told it was being renovated (?), the renovation is more than overdue. In our room the plaster was coming off the wall, power cables were exposed and in the 3 nights there the room wasn't cleaned once. We had to get dressed in the morning to get toilet paper. We also had to get towels. The food was good, but we were very disappointed that we paid the full price despite limited services. Apart from a, what a pity, that shouldn't be the case, there was no insight or even an apology.

Nice hotel for families and travelers with dogs.The breakfast and dinner as part of the half board were perfect.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Our room was very large, even with two balconies.The only small point of criticism is that the stairs in the room are not recommended for pregnant women and older guests.We will definitely come back and felt very comfortable there.

We were there with our clique from October 3rd to October 6th, 2024.Very nice owners and super nice staff.The rooms are getting old, but everything is clean and tidy, they should probably be renovated little by little. Our room was also nice and big with a balcony around the corner.The food was amazing, whether it was the breakfast buffet or the 4-course evening menu, everything was very tasty and beautifully presented, we couldn't stop raving about it, even with 6 people.We didn't use the indoor pool but it looked really good.We will definitely come back.Thank you for everything

We took a break there and didn't go too far. We were generously provided with the next higher room category, i.e. maisonette, separate bedroom on the floor above, very pleasant.Balcony and a great view, especially in autumn. Booked half board and used it, and tried a lot of the wine list, all of high quality.In the bathrobe from the 2nd floor via elevator to the swimming poolreached in the basement, great too!And you couldn't help but like the whole attentive team. Nothing forced, looked, asked, "Should we bring dessert now???" .The hotel is in a great location and there are plenty of free parking spaces too. ... and we gained weight in the 4 days.Boy oh boy, thank you for everything!
