How should I start? I called to book almost the entire hotel for my wedding and he was nice and said ok, he can do that and wanted to check availability. He didn't answer for a long time and I called once. He was very rude and very dismissive and rude. I will not recommend this to my friends and family.

I like the villa with everything in it, you feel like you're at home, great ambience, clean and well maintained, great breakfast and very tastefully presented and prepared. We have been there twice and felt very comfortable. The boss is very nice and you can have a good chat and get suggestions, just great.

very nicely located, beautiful old villa, large, very bright rooms, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Refrigerator, as well as kitchenette + dishes, coffee machine, kettle - nothing is missing. Very spacious, bright bathroom that is beautifully done, very friendly landlady and, above all, incredibly quiet despite being relatively close to the city. Beautiful garden with pond and cozy seating areas, all in all a very cozy, clean atmosphere. Shops, gas stations, restaurants and delivery services - all of which are very close by, so that you are well looked after in any eventuality and don't have to travel long distances - the only drawback is that the shower water is mostly lukewarm. I was staying here for work reasons and was thrown out from one second to the next three days before the end of the booking because holiday guests arrived who were obviously worth more than cinema guests. Apart from the fact that when I arrived I was asked when I would be leaving the room at the end of the booking and they didn't mention at all that they didn't plan to fulfill the entire booking, I was told that this meant I would have to stay one night in the car, since I couldn't get into another room until the next afternoon, to hear that nothing could be done about it. Therefore, I unfortunately have to say that as beautiful as the house itself is, I will never be a guest here again of my own free will. I think it says more than enough that as someone staying here for work you are obviously worth less than holiday guests.

The house dragon made our grandma cry and said that next time we should look for another hotel with a larger breakfast room. And that only because as a family we wanted to sit at one table with 10 people instead of two. That worked the last time too. Boo! You don't talk to our grandma like that!

The largest guesthouse I have ever seen. Friendly service and great rooms with everything you need for life. If you want to rest in Zeitz, it is only here. I recommend very warmly. I would give sixth star if it were possible.

Very nicely located. The apartments are well maintained and comfortable. I can only praise the owner for her warm and open manner. Prices are also completely reasonable for the service. I can only recommend it 😊👍🍀

Very nice accommodation. Everything was very lovingly laid out. Simple but very well equipped rooms. Good beds. Apartment very spacious. Great fine breakfast. And very friendly hostess. Absolute recommendation.
