Having booked two nights in the train house and based on the exceptional reviews, our expectations were quite high. We were not disappointed and were extremely positively surprised. We would like to follow the 5 star reviews from other guests almost blindly without correcting anything. We won't describe again, the courteous, friendly hosts, the general great facilities etc... this has been discussed in detail several times and leaves nothing to be desired.We will evaluate what received only marginal attention. You can do everything in life twice, except for one thing, the first impression and that promised “good vibes”.On the one hand, we felt comfortable in the bathroom, because the music from the DAB radio accompanied us from the living room to the Kaisergang, thanks to the small speaker on the ceiling. Everything works so much better then^^. If it takes longer, you can pass the time with the works of Schiller, Shakespeare and Körner written in old German script. You're not alone when you shower, the older gentleman in the picture in the bathtub is smiling at you and the kids in and around the tub bring life into the room.If you linger enough, there is so much more to discover. The lighting and everything else that requires a switch is well labeled - appropriately sized even for us older people. Theoretically, nothing can go wrong.The fire basket table, as a kind note, is unfortunately not there for lighting fires. After careful consideration, we accepted this as decoration (with a heavy heart). Modern kisses history and everything has style. Baby toys, small entertaining games, books, guides, stories, illustrated books, pictures - there is something for every taste.Heinrich Heine accompanies you halfway up the stairs to bed, my personal highlight. Sunk in the comfortable bed, caressed by the Sandman, you fall into sweet dreams, smiling and comfortable. After a restful night's sleep, the sun wakes you up in the morning through the glass dome, which completely completes the feeling. Unless it rains, then it will only be light. :-DWe recharged our batteries - the batteries were charged, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed really nice moments. For two nights and two days it was our little perfect world. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back.

It is located in a quiet and quaint village. And it is large and spacious. Well equipped and furnished.

We'd love to come back! With 2 adults and 2 children we felt very comfortable for trips to Leipzig and the surrounding area of ​​Droyßig. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly furnished and very clean (without smelling of cleaning products, room fragrances or fabric softener, THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!!). There is a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and many small "railway details" as decoration. And we received great tips for excursions and food. Thanks!
