We lived in the large holiday apartment and were completely satisfied. The facilities are great and the furnishings are very tasteful. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful.We'd love to come back again. LG 😊👍

Great spacious holiday apartment. Everything you need is there. Breakfast great 😋.(We were there in 2019 and had family from outside live there) I would happily recommend it. Lots of space outside for children to play too. Everyone felt very comfortable.

I was in Neumünster for several weeks for professional reasons and was able to spend the night in this beautiful guesthouse. Unfortunately I can't give more than 5 stars. Always a pleasure.The underfloor heating in the bathroom is an additional highlight.

Hello everyone, Hof Schnoor is located at the end of the village of Padenstedt in a quiet location. From here you can make beautiful walks along the agricultural fields. The village also offers great places to relax, such as the Kaffee Rauchhaus, a swimming lake, the Bürgerstuben restaurant, Stephanie's Wellness Oasis for relaxation or effective pain therapy according to Liebscher & Brach, and the Ponny Hof with its horse breeding.The rooms and apartments in the Bed & Breakfast leave nothing to be desired and are very tastefully furnished for young and old. The rich breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and really fills you up.We have been guests twice now and are happy to come back again and again.

I was super happy with everything here. I noticed in the evening that I didn't have any batteries for a device I had brought with me and rang the bell relatively late to ask for batteries and a double plug. At best I was expecting a delay until the next day. But I got batteries and a double plug from incredibly nice inn operators, despite the time. When I put items on the floor in the bathroom (I had an incredible amount with me), the next day there was suddenly an additional shelf there. It's rare to find such a great atmosphere. If I ever come back to Neumünster or the surrounding area, I already know where I will live. Thank you for everything

This is my second time staying there on assembly and I can only recommend the accommodation. Clean, tidy and very friendly. The right thing to wind down after work

3 stars stand for “everything is ok” and I think that reflects the short stay we had with you. There are deductions for very sagging mattresses and poor cleanliness. And that you could even pay by card...so please, what era are we living in?Answer no2:In my opinion, relativizing and holding the paying customer responsible is a wrong concept for how to respond to reviews, complaints, etc. The anonymous company is not to blame for anything, either the service offered is right or it isn't...I don't want to harm you, but it just wasn't a 5 star rating (even if you give away eggs for stars) I wish you all the best, if necessary my rating will help you improve.
