The owners have created a really beautiful property in a very quiet (yet central for us) location. Our apartment was very nicely furnished, comfortable bed, great kitchen and a nice bathroom complete the room.There are many options for eating out in the surrounding area.If you don't want to have breakfast in your room, there are a few bakeries and a furniture store with a great breakfast nearby.We really enjoyed the days. Thanks so much!!

The lodge is very stylishly and lovingly furnished, you immediately feel very comfortable. It's clean too. The hosts are very friendly, warm and helpful.However, the windows could be a little darker, but this is the only negative point and probably not all guests will find it that way.We'd love to come back :-)

We arrived late in the evening and despite the late hour, the host welcomed us personally and handed us the keys. The room was very comfortable and modernly furnished. In terms of hygiene there was nothing to complain about at all. You could even have used a room cleaning service.Only the "bathroom door" didn't quite meet our understanding of privacy...you can't lock it, nor are any smells or noises prevented from getting into the rest of the room through the sliding door. But that's really complaining at a high level.

Thomas and Ulrike have set up a beautiful apartment house here. Everything is extremely stylish, cozy and invitingly decorated. As soon as I entered apartment number nine with its large balcony terrace, I noticed the beautiful eye-catchers.I didn't feel like I was in a hotel room at all, or a "standard" vacation rental.It was a nice middle ground between “away from home” and yet somehow “at home”.The large balcony has a beach chair and seating and dining space for four people. You can see lots of trees, as well as the neighbor's sheep, chickens and ducks - idyllic :)The bed is very comfortable and there are two pillows to choose from - great! The living and dining area is also spacious and offers enough space to relax and work.I felt completely comfortable, had very friendly conversations with Thomas and Ulrike and would like to fully recommend the Friesen-Lodge for holidaymakers and business travelers.Shopping opportunities are within walking distance and nothing stands in the way of bulk shopping at discounters. The culinary supply within a 2-3KM radius is very good, so you can eat something different almost every evening.Thank you for everything, I would love to come back!

A really nice hotel. Great furnishings, the rooms are spacious and tastefully designed, the price is more than reasonable. I stay in hotels a lot for work and this was by far the best so far. Highly recommended.
