The staff is polite and friendly and the place is decent! The one thing I’d like to add is that, when they rent the skiing clothing, it should include gloves!!!!!!It was my first time having any sort of skiing experience, so obviously I fell a lot 😁, and all the time my hand would freeze and hurt because they offered no gloves. It made me want to stop immediately since I wasn’t feeling my hands anymore and I ended up not enjoying the whole experience as I expected.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at the Berg & Tal Adventure Resort Bispingen. Overall we had a very nice holiday and we'll start with the many positive things. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times. The staff at breakfast were particularly great. The breakfast was ok. There was a large selection of cheese and sausages. We would have liked bakery rolls, unfortunately they were only baked rolls.Unfortunately the scrambled eggs were completely tasteless but the rest were good. Our children and we were thrilled by the playground and the bouncy castle park, which could be played on at any time. There were also great activities for the whole family around the resort. The Snow Dome, where the reception is located, looks a bit run down from the outside. You don't know exactly what to expect and you only hope for the best. From the inside, however, it is very cozy and cozy. You have a cool view through the windows facing the ski slopes and the viewing balcony was also great. What struck us as very negative was the cleanliness of the entire hotel and also the restaurant. On the way to our room on the first floor we had a few experiences that made us a little taken aback.Unfortunately, the first floor can only be reached by stairs. On the way up we encounter a lot of wet and dirty towels from above. My husband and our little son were hit by some and it was pretty disgusting. Only when my husband called upstairs did the towels stop. A man then came up to us and apologized. When we arrived in the room we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and nice and bright. However, at the same moment we were struck by the unpleasant smell. The light beige carpet was the culprit. Covered with countless stains that could be anything prevented us from completely giving up on the shoes. The floor was not vacuumed at all in the corners and on February. In total we found around 10 beetle corpses which we disposed of.The room was warm and very stuffy with outside temperatures of 15 degrees.Unfortunately, ventilation was impossible because we had a big problem with bedbugs. As soon as you opened the window for even 15 minutes there were some bugs in the room. One day we forgot to close the window after the air and then had to catch 32 bedbugs and 10 ladybirds in the afternoon.Fly screens would therefore be incredibly important.Despite the small inconveniences, we had a nice holiday and will come back in the hope that the cleanliness will be taken care of.Kind regards

No elevator, no air conditioning/ventilation.The rooms become warm and stuffy when the outside temperature is moderate. If you have heavier luggage you will have to carry it as there is no elevator. Unfortunately, leaving the window open while sleeping is no help against the heat as the nearby highway is extremely loud and the building lighting shines directly into the room. This is really unacceptable for a hotel.Only the bed is comfortable. But it's no use if it's warm, stuffy, loud and not dark.

The price-performance ratio didn't suit us at all. Neither at breakfast nor in the hotel room. The room was dirty, stains and cobwebs everywhere. The shower joints are black, the skirting boards are chipped due to obvious water damage. It looks more like a youth hostel than a star hotel. Like in school lessons and in the bathroom/room, there is not a single storage space for bags or cosmetics. The maid was there after breakfast... and didn't refill the empty facial tissues or make the bed. Only one side of the bed was made.We wouldn't book the hotel again!

A good, well-maintained hotel with a very good breakfast and friendly service at breakfast. The only thing that bothered us about the hotel was the unfriendly service at the reception...this was then clarified very professionally with the hotel manager and so the hotel left a good impression and deserved full marks!

We were here over New Year's Eve and overall we were less than impressed. For the price of over €200 per night including breakfast, we expected a little more. The very large room on the ground floor, with a direct view of the parking lot, would have benefited from curtains or other privacy protection in front of the windows. So you had to leave the blinds in front of the windows, which were unfortunately too narrow, all day long in order not to feel like you were being watched. The veneer on the bathroom door is already coming off, which gives an unclean impression. The tin locker, which is much too small and "decorated" with infantile stickers, is more suitable for a workshop than a 4-star hotel. The service was excellent, all employees were very motivated and always friendly. The reception was a little overloaded as it was responsible for both the hotel and the ski hall, but here too they were always friendly and very service-oriented. Our express thanks for this. The food in the attached restaurant was good. However, the price of almost €15.00 for the decent breakfast is a little high. Overall, the vacation was ok for us, but the price wasn't appropriate.

I traveled with my partner and a dog for an overnight stay on October 16, 2021. According to reception, we were assigned a different room than originally planned. This room was equipped with a disabled-accessible bathroom, which we didn't need in this form. However, there was a problem: after showering, the waste water stood in 3/4 of the bathroom for several hours because it did not drain independently.I had the impression that the floor of this apparently new bathroom did not have enough slope. There was no utensil to remove the wastewater and the towels provided were not enough to clean up the wastewater. The dog package that we had booked but was missing was not delivered to the SnowDome during our absence, which was probably related to the room change. There was also no notification of this. When I checked out I complained about this and was told I should contact accounting. After speaking to the accounting employee over the phone, I was promised that the dog flat rate items, which were even included twice in the invoice, would be reimbursed. However, this reimbursement was only made for a dog flat rate. Corresponding correspondence documents this.Gastronomy:The next morning I personally informed the reception that all we needed was breakfast as I don't usually eat breakfast. This didn't seem to be a problem. When I also told the waitress this and only wanted to order a coffee, the situation became tedious and complicated: a second waitress was called in and finally the restaurant manager was even called in to clarify the issue. We found this quite unpleasant in front of the other guests and felt like we were being watched by the staff for the duration of our (coffee) breakfast.Unfortunately, we had negative memories of the stay overall and I see a refund for services not provided as still outstanding.

The other day the electric vehicle was crying out pitifully for a socket. So go to the super charger near Bispingen.Luckily, we headed straight for the shapeless steel structure from which the smell of coffee was coming. Because where to spend half an hour while charging is always the challenge in this little game.Well, Ambros would have had wet eyes. We're standing in a huge ski hut, surrounded by people in ski boots. My gaze wanders to the windows and I think I'm fantasizing. Who are skiing there? So out the door and we stand at -1 degrees on the artificial snow slope with a chair and drag lift. Remember we are in Lower Saxony at 10 degrees + outside temperature.Admittedly, this is very cool in the truest sense.Hotel accommodation at reasonable prices and rental of all equipment are also possible. And if you're tired of the cold, you can do a few quick laps at Michi Schuhmacher's kart track.Unfortunately, ordering two cappucinos didn't work. We were even late for the loading end. Although there was very little going on. Therefore one point deducted.
