One of the best price/performance ratio accomodations I have ever been. Rooms are clean, towels are included and you have own bathroom.Everything is going in electronic way - even opening doors. (I am curious what would happened in case of electricity/internet outage.)You can also use dedicated app but it doesn't remember data if you switch mobile off. Also communication is in Germany only.People on desk can speak English.I am not a fan of smoking everywhere inside area.Next to accommodation is also covered park house with good prices. Not well designed, some curves need to take in several turns.During our visit there was some party/concert etc. outside till 5 AM and some people test their car speed under windows so let's be prepared for higher noise (sometime).A guard is present during night.

Staff is super nice and friendly, speaks english also, so if you don't speak german that's a plus. The hotel has a particular design, since its open on both sides there was fresh air in the corridors all the time. Rooms are simple and clean. There's elevator and theres a large Parkhaus with very convenient prices (i was paying for 7 days 20 euro, so less than 3 euro a day!)Had a lovely stay there for 3 weeks. If i happen to work nearby again i'd gladly book here again.

The rooms are nice and modern and clean, with a nice big TV. The beds sleep very well. The shower is wonderful, despite the shower curtain which always looks less pretty. A fridge and kettle would make it complete.Already mentioned in reviews, the building has a special design. Due to the design of the balustrades around, it does indeed look like a prison. We slept on the road side and that was quite noisy. Closing the window against it made it very stuffy. Most striking that it literally looks like a 'Schlafwerk'. My wife and daughters (we were in transit of vacation)were the only women. We only saw (presumably Eastern European) men (with mostly bare chest) constantly calling, who probably worked from there in construction or so. So a totally different atmosphere than a regular transit hotel. And at 5 o'clock the first ones went to work and you could hear extractors going on in the building and chairs and beds sliding.

Nice rooms, but isolated place and very annoying check-in/key retrieval method.

Interesting place with innovative concept and style. Mostly raw concrete and metal. Open roofed stairwell (ideal in times of pandemic). Rock bottom room rates. Check-in, unlocking doors, check-out all via app on cell phone (data connection required). Double room small, clean, quiet. Mattresses fine; heater functional, noise-free. Privat toilet separate from from private shower. Ideal for temporary workers or businessmen who need to get up refreshed in the morning without necessarily staying up late at night. Will be happy to come back when staying in the Stuttgart area.

Very good and especially very fast communication. The ratio with the price and the apartments is more than excellent. Worth the money.

Clean and modern rooms in full "industrial" style and therefore spartan (in the positive sense of the word). The automated service for entering and exiting always worked very well.It is a business hotel for workers in the area, we ended up staying here because we couldn't find anything else at a fair price. We found ourselves among people from all over the world resting after a week of work.I give it a four for a simple reason, it doesn't have air conditioning, the windows insulate well but these days it was 35° and the room was very hot. Unfortunately the rooms overlook a busy street and you couldn't sleep due to the traffic noise. A structure not to be considered in summer.A positive note is the quality/price ratio

Very good price/performance ratio! From the outside it looks a bit like a "parking garage", but the rooms are modernly furnished. TV, WiFi are available and work without any problems. The rooms are a good size, very clean and quiet. The beds are also very comfortable and you sleep well. The digital room keys work perfectly and are actually self-explanatory - my initial concerns were completely unnecessary. A bus stop is 4 minutes from the hotel. The bus runs regularly to Zuffenhausen train station (in 10 minutes) and Feuerbach (in 20 minutes). A supermarket that is open until 9 p.m. can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes. I can highly recommend Schlafwerk and will use it more often in the future.
