Perfect location! There is nothing around just fields, the river, bike route and hills. You'll find all you need there. Beer garden, good restaurant, bike repair station, inner tubes sold in a machine. Modern, comfortable and included in prices showers. The only thing that's missing is drinking water taps on camping. You have to walk all the way to the sanitary building for water.

A very nice facility. Das SanitärBuilding is very well maintained and was always clean during our stay. Particularly noteworthy is the helpfulness and friendliness of the ladies at the campsite registration desk. The inn impresses with its delicious food and friendly staff. We really liked the direct connection to the Weser cycle path. We'll definitely be back.

We can really recommend this parking space. The space and the sanitary facilities are modern and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It is located directly on the Weser on the Weser cycle path. We'll be back.

In previous reviews, people complained about the high rate of €28 per night in high season. We don't understand this. Went with a camper van and 2 adults and made a reservation for 3 nightsReceived a beautiful spot on the water without having to pay extra. There is a bread service, beautiful sanitary facilities, an excellent restaurant with affordable prices, a beautiful terrace with a view of the water and the campsite borders the Weser cycle path, so you can cycle to Hamelin or the other direction, very beautiful surroundings. Extremely friendly lady who runs things there. Moreover, everything, including payments and electricity, is automated. Take some time to delve into it, but it works great and gives you a lot of freedom. We thought it was a great stay and highly recommended. €1 per kWh was charged for electricity, not cheap, but in the end you just pay for your own consumption and you don't pay a fixed rate at many campsites without using it. We did pay €10 reservation fee, but it was well worth it for us.We are now at a campsite near Bremen where, without hesitation, €43 is charged for a night and where the facilities cannot be in the shadow of the Grohnder Fährhaus!

We are currently standing on the square directly on the Weser and are absolutely thrilled. Excellent sanitary facilities that are always sparkling clean, super nice staff both at registration and in the inn. The food and drinks in the inn are delicious and there are great events offered throughout the year. We will go to this place again and can only recommend it.

Overall, a very nice and well-maintained facility. What is striking is the nice staff. Bread rolls can be ordered. If you want, you can enjoy the brilliant breakfast buffet for 14.50 euros per person.

The campsite is simply beautifully located. You can simply unwind right on the Weser. This is not least due to the fantastic staff, who are always friendly and helpful. Of course there is also a little chat included. You can say that the good Lord kissed the earth here.Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Very nice place right on the Weser. The sanitary facilities are new and very CLEAN. We were very satisfied. You can eat very well in the restaurant right on the square.Will definitely visit this RV park again.
